Yes. You will get a bit of both either way.
But if I am wanting to bias tricep I will go more upright, if I am wanting to bias chest I will lean into it more

In the case that weight is steady, I look at visuals and training performance/progression/recovery.
If my body comp is a bit soft and all of those other things are still progressing, then I will just leave the same.
If my body comp is very lean, even if things are progressing, I see if I can get more out without a negative return in body comp so I would there up carbs a bit, doesn’t have to be big.
If those things in training are also stalled with the weight and body comp is in a good spot, I would definitely do an increase.

I tend to go more toward a carb increase, as fats I usually keep pretty stable. But this really depends on what your current macro set up is like

The foods you should avoid are the ones you feel negatively impact your digestion

Well if that is the only thing you changed, then yes that would be the case.
If you’re seeing positives, then just keep it consistent from there and things will level out

As Jordan said, expose yourself to it and see how it may or may not affect your training.
If you find yourself unable to perform the same in training, recover the same, and progress sessions the same then that tells you there was a negative impact and you need to adjust accordingly.
If nothing seems to be hindered, then there ya go!

Making sure the movements you’re doing are actually executed properly and training the muscle is number one
And then try to find the amount of volume and frequency on those movements that you can recover from and continue progressing over a long period of time

You have to understand he was limiting himself for so long, you don’t even have to change anything other than loosening the reigns and letting your body progress at whatever weight it looks best at.
Now is when he will have the time to adjust the other things to continue progressing within the open.
And yes, I had him winning pre show.

Yessir, start out by cutting one set and see how recovery and progress goes from there. If nothing changes cut another set. But if you start recovering better and progressing better then you are good

Fats slow down the digestion, which only matters if it matters for that person and their goal.
    It’s all person dependent

I would use oats for the pancakes. Just blend those ingredients, cook them on the pan the night before, and boom pancakes in the morning.

Pretty normal for food to smell after being contained in a container and then opening the lid. As long as it’s not a rotten smell and you’re keeping the food in a thermal bag with ice pack it’s no issue

If the reason is just for boredom, I’d say deal with it lol
But if you’re noticing a negative response like run down legs then I’d say you can switch to a recumbent bike

I don’t think extra walking is necessary as you’re already on your feet getting a lot of steps and labor intensive work in.
For me, if I wanted to add cardio for heart health I’d add a machine based HR cardio to get the HR up for a bit of time a few times per week

I would just return back to normal diet when you get home, and if you gained an excess on vacation and it doesn’t seem to be coming off after two weeks back to normal, then go into a bit more of a deficit until you’re back to where you’d like to be and then come back to baseline normal
