Are you doing any work outside of training to help? Stretching, physio, pre-hab exercises?

You just have to play with things to find what works for you and helps you progress the most. We can’t feel what you’re feeling to help you work around or through it

You just need size all over and the dedication to spend the time consistently progressing training no matter what the split is.
So choose one you like that covers all the bases and run it for a really long time.

My response would be the exact same as Oscars. And to make sure you are executing them properly and progressing the movements with the proper execution

Try both ways and see what you feel best with and how training performance progresses.

I personally would always prefer to eat or intake nutrients prior to training. Even if it is liquid form like a carb powder with EAA’s

Make sure you hydrate really well either way

    You’re lean.
If you want to gain muscle I’d say eat in a surplus

Of course there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s your life, you are free to choose. Either be honest with the new coach and stop working with him now, or fully listen to him and gain more knowledge for yourself and at the end of it if you feel like you still want to try it yourself then go for it

If you’re going into the next weeks sessions and still able to progress upon the previous week, you are good.

If you are going into the next weeks sessions overly beat and not able to progress lifts, things need adjusting

What about visuals? Do you need to be losing? At this point you should be able to be pulling back and dropping inflammation into the show

You’re all adults, I think you should be able to effectively communicate. And if you can’t, I’d say find someone whom you can communicate with.

A good general rule is according to how much you burn in training

If you have a coach they would be the one advising this if you trust them, and if you don’t trust them then get a coach that you do.

Clen works. I like it myself, but if I am not using it for the purpose of getting on stage I personally would not.

If you can get lean and get heart rate up without it then don’t use it. If all your other variables are perfect and you still need assistance getting lean then try it, start low and get the most out of the least

Normal to me. If it’s not causing an issue then I’d say it’s no problem
