How long have you not been progressing it?
If it’s been over 3 weeks you can just change the movement for a smith press or plate loaded press

I’ve personally never used squat shoes. I like to train in socks and if I need a heel elevation I use a wedge

I personally take one cap digest pharma from TBJP with every meal
But starting out you can take one with your largest meals of the day, no harm in it either way just depends what you need or prefer

It takes what it takes depending how much you need in order to keep you in a deficit and progressing fat loss.
Is this the amount you’ve had to build up to? Are you not able to progress on less? If this is the amount you need then I would split that time in 2 sessions, one fasted and one pm

3-7 seems rather low for bodybuilding. I have always stuck to 6-20, most movements 8-12 and progressed within that. If I personally were to stick with only 3-7 it would be detrimental as I’d just get so strong that all joint integrity would be lost and I’d just be injured and not progressing

I agree with JP. Time. It takes time. I followed the same program for years and years and continued to progress over those years.

Ask him, not us. You hired him for a reason, trust him and follow the plan and then after time if you still see a problem with it then do it your way without his coaching

I think the best bet would be to just see how she responds. So once she reaches her goal then increase cals very slowly and gradually, if she continues to look the way she likes then you can keep rolling with that, but if she starts to gain quickly I would pull back on doing that and ride the maintenance

Just remove the eggs and use another fat source with your protein. Beef, chicken or whey with nut butter or oil

It depends on your goal and your bodies response. I personally prefer in an off season setting to be in a surplus on training days and a maintenance on non training days

Buddy there’s so much missing info here that we would need to be able to answer this question properly.
We don’t know what your diet is like, training split/volume, what you’re doing outside the gym with sleep, recovery etc..

Train in a Florida garage with no AC lol.

Just wear sweats and walk on the treadmill or ride the bike for a bit before you start to train

If you’ve gotten everything you can get out of progressing straight sets and have the recovery ability then rest pause is good

Dead stopping is good to kill momentum on some movements. I still like to keep the muscle engaged though and not releasing tension on the dead stop. For example a dead lift or rack pull dead stop at the bottom to not bounce the weight, but keep the lats engaged
