I have had a good day . Predominantly full of work .
I feel miles better. I think another good nights sleep should have me feeling ready for tomorrows upper session 😊

Like Jordan i would recommend different exercises too and that way we can have a longer progression runway
A question about this, wouldnt the progression still be longer? Considering you are changing the weights / reps every session? Like Day A is heavy upper, so lets say bench press 6/10 reps, on day B said bench press would be lower weight and 15/25 reps so wouldn’t the progression still be longer and different? And then on Day C and D it would be different exercises like on day C, Incline bench press for heavy but then on day D same bench press but lower weight more reps

Good evening my people,
Road trip to Ilkeston today to see my friend and a friend of the site too jamie aka the giant .
We recorded a podcast together talking all things bodybuilding, life and mindset .
Then in the afternoon we did a delts and arms session which we recorded for the site .
Full of gems it should drop at some point next week . So look out for it .It’s been very very cold today , I could not get warm … but fresh from the shower I am happy to tucked into my warm bed 🙂

Like Jordan i would recommend different exercises too and that way we can have a longer progression runway .
I would have a mix of both , as opposed to choosing one or the other .. just go with movements that feel right . But if for example you have a pendulum and want to target quads I’d choose that over a barbell squat because as you get deeper into a deficit it just means you are safer squatting on the pendulum from a stability standpoint. 🙂

Rest day today team , so not much to report to be fair. Back feels beat up in a nice way from yesterdays session. Might keep this BB rows in , but we will see .
Tomorrow I am up in ilkeston to record a podcast with Jamie the giant and spend the day with him . Whilst there we will also train delts /arms or a delt focused push which we will record for the site. So super excited for that.

If you want to target hams , I’d do an RDL and that you can eccentrically load .

Hello team,
I have had a cracking day … a perfect end to t what’s been an epic weekend. Coupe of hours work this morning followed by a density esqe session with Nathan that we filmed for the site . So look out for that in the next week or so .
We had to make up a session like that to meet both mine and Nathan’s needs .so that’s the one session that allowed us to meet in the middle. But it also gave us a chance to show you guys how to structure a density session. Exercise selection , structure ,execution cues & more . It’ll be a very informative video.

My recovery is excellent in fact I feel that I must increase the volume, but I want to try some new distribution, I do not frequency 1 or frequency 2.
If everything is adding up in terms of performance and recovery I’d say go for it then . Try it out and see how you get on.

How’s your recovery? The first thing I’d say is if you training at this frequency, you maybe need to drop volume down a touch ?
