Glutes & hams
Session wasn’t the best as hip was playing up during rdl . And to be fair I was meant to be on higher reps this week & lower weight (220) for 8 reps , but I was desperate to try 6pps before I got deeper into dieting . That was a fail as it didn’t move , so really dug myself a hole . Tried 250 which didn’t move as well . Had to go off do other movements and come back to the RDL at the end . Managed 4.5 for 10 reps.
Glad with that as it means psychologically I’m

DELTS AND ARMS
Superb session, but I think I’ve come to the end of the Atlantis press. Glad I maxed out on 7pps . But I’ve stalled on reps 3 sessions, taking a plus one here and there & not been able to convert it to a solid rep. I am happy with that because I’ve run this movement for 12 months straight . So whilst i still can at this point in my diet, I’ll move over to the high incline smith shoulder press and look to progress that as I move closer to the show.
Happy with everything else so will keep as per.Big glute and ham session tomorrow. We will be filming for the site so early bed as I’ll be looking for a PB on the RDL . 🙂

Hey Jamie, it’s easier just to have 2 rotations. Then you can make one rotation lat focused with still say one upper back movement.

REST DAY
It was a long one today . Very busy with clients as everyone is around . No one’s on holiday or ill.
But feeling grateful I get to be able to do this everyday and make a living out of it .

LEG DAY
A long overdue visit at ultra flex to see kuba who’s two weeks out from the Arnold’s. Looking fantastic and still performing at a high Level in the gym.Session was slow to start as I’ve never used the predator pendulum and knee was not playing ball . It took a while. Eventually we took a set of 3 sec pause then a second paused set for a sec. Both on high reps my quads were pumped and full blood after .
Rest of the session was good , knees weee sore after but have since calm down. Early bed for me as I’m done in.
Very well deserved rest day tomorrow;)

The Watson hack is so steep and harsh on the knees . I know this first hand.
Personally I’d reset numbers & look to use a wedge & take paused reps maybe . That way you can be very accurate and as a result won’t be able to make big jumps as it’s legit hard coming from the hole without momentum or elastic energy.
I’d also add join from TBJP and in as a supplement to help the knee.

Productive session to sum up this weeks training. Movements progressed except the nautilus press..but matched . I’ll keep a close eye on that one 😊.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I still kinda struggle with binge urges at night, but it’s not as bad as it was. Even when I do give in, it doesn’t turn into a full day of eating and then some on one sitting so I’m happy about that lol. It’s some sort of habit at this point because I keep waking up at night with the urges even when I manage to fall asleep but I somehow need to convince my body to let go of this habit. [/quote]

GLUTES AND HAMS
I was quite tired this morning after a late night last night due to going to watch jordan Peterson talk which did not end till late .
But I managed a mid morning hours nap , cold shower to freshen and sharpen me up and into the gym I went .RDL went well . 250kg for 4 reps is up . No hip/back pain so far most importantly . So that’s a win . Win of the day. Everything after that was progressed.

DELTS AND ARMS
Cardio first thing, then check in with Jordan . He is happy with where we are & is also happy to keep things moving so another caloric adjustment has been made & cardio has been pushed up to from 25-35 minutes.
Session today was productive.. 7plates for a clean 5 reps . Be interesting to see how long I can hold this strength. Other than that the pump was immense and everything moved really well . 🙂
