    Successful session this afternoon. RDL out and T bar row in . Chest supported pull will be safer as I get deeper into a deficit , it’ll be more accurate, and I will go into sessions without second guessing myself constantly whether my hip will play ball or not .

    Hello you lovely lot

    Rest Day for me today

    Not too much done except eating + resting

    And got some things prepared for the weekend so that we don’t have to rush or risk forgetting anhthing important

    We’ve got our tan times and I’ve got my hair and make up times so all set.

    It is SO strange we literally drive 90 mins and we are where we have to be to compete – this hasn’t happened since 2018 for me that was my last show before I won my pro card for the 2bros amateur Olympia and actually hit before Corinne and Jordan asked if I would join this incredible team

    I was doing some reminiscing today of how far I’ve come in the last 2 years – I’ve added a pic below 🙂 I’m proud and also so grateful to Kuba for what he does to help achieve this.

    Immense progress Meg…. I can’t wait to see both yourself and kuba up there this weekend x

    DELTS AND TRIS
    Incredible session this afternoon my people. I felt very strong & positive. (Not that I felt negative before) lol .. but just felt on.
    I did not train with my training partner as he had other commitments , so it was good just having my ol beats ear buds and cracking on.
    Allows me to stay in the head space for longer as I don’t have to chat or make small talk with anyone else .
    Off to bed feeling accomplished and grateful for a good day .
    PS : always grateful no matter the outcome 😌

    You can either keep them the same or have different ones for both rotations.

    To be fair even on the upper 1 and upper 2 you could mirror the movements.

    Below is an example:

    Upper 1

    Machine incline press

    Upper 2

    Flat machine press

    But if you are happy keeping it the same then no problem either .

    Not much to report today ..cardio done , steps done .. & work completed. Last meal currently going down then it’s bedtime.

    QUADS
    Session was immense today ..body felt good (niggles) and I sent the sets all the way ‘there’. Even managed to take a 5 repper that I haven’t taken for a long time ..

    It’s about winning the day …and we won today .
    Now we rest for the remainder of the evening & tomorrow before we resume duty on Wednesday again with DELTS & arms 😊

    Tor Andre nails it perfectly. As jordan also is constantly saying , let your train ing be fluid …fluid to your recovery and your needs.. try movements, if they fit well keep them, start low volume wise if it feels good crack on , if over time you can do more , adjust .

    UPPER
    Check in this morning…weight at 106kg . Visuals sent to jordan .

    Session at flex and tone was epic! Felt strong & progressed everything. All in all good day . Cardio done , steps done , cooking done .
    Now to relax tonight & try recuperate a bit to ge able to chase next week hard again.

    I think the problem here is the chopping and changing of movements consistently which leaves you with no way to quantify or track consistently.

    Also maybe you might have needed more volume still perhaps because you couldn’t train hard enough to warrant lowering your volume ?

    I think , stick to that movements you are doing , stick to the volume & scrap hard to progress. Once you finish your cut , it’s worth looking at your overall split again.

    My overhead press has been the same numbers for months when ever I attempt more just doesn’t happen
