Hello team so check in today , we are 7 weeks post show this weekend . We have now come to the end of this cruise phase & 20lbs over the lowest weight I hit all prep.
I am not food focused and feel quite settled in my diet and routine. No cravings per se..
we have one more week then we’ll do a mini cut aiming to take some 5-6lbs off so that we can make room for more tissue.
That should take us back to 20lbs up at what point we will start prep.

Hello team , I have had a day off training today after yesterdays training .
I trained some clients earlier today, took some time to go for a coffee and catch up with a friend.
This afternoon I had a 30 minute nap, then did some admin. As I finished my admin I always write ✍️ my to do’s list for the following day . This has been a game changer, I value my time so much that I don’t just want to be busy, I want to be effective.
Busy and effective aren’t the same thing. So I challenged my schedule and asked myself whether I was busy or cluttered with stuff that stops me from being my absolute best self?
Research has found The average person only spends 20% of their time actually doing the one thing that they are created to do, passionate about . The other 80% filled with all sorts. I refuse to be average. I choose to switch these number around .
I challenge you to do the same . 80% of your time to do the stuff you are passionate about , the stuff that makes your blood boil, the other 20% you can do other stuff. Imagine what life would be like .
If you take my watch I can get another watch , if you take my trainers I can get another pair , you can take my t shirt I’ll get another one. But when you take my TIME, you have taken something from me that’s irreplaceable. We know how to manage our money , work on our hair and all that , we do everything except value our time .
This is me speaking to myself Aloud!

Hello team leg day …very slow start today I must admit. I think I am carrying a niggle around my QL area .. was a bit apparent today , but we still got the work done and pushed things forward.

The only thing change here is move the deadlift to pull day . That’ll allow you to attack and maximally load that hack squat .

240kg dead’s are up & I am very happy . Slowly but surely been adding biscuits ranging from 0.5kg a side , 1kg a side , 2kg creeping from 230kg and now it’s all compounded & I am at 240kg.
Same process again until I hit 250kg. Slowly but surely.. just patience. So long as I am pulling a load I did not previously pull, I am happy as I am exposing my body to new stimulus and illicit an adaptive response .

Deadlifts first my good sir. They are much much more demanding but more rewarding too. But then again , what’s the goal ? It all depends on the goal . But majority of the time it makes sense for dead’s to go first

Push session was a success! Felt very fresh and rejuvenated this morning.
The session felt right , like the stars aligned. Mood was very good going in which for me is always an indicator of how things are going to go .
When I’m amped I get things done , but when I’m in this ‘mood ‘ like today everything is effortless and almost organic.
I pray I’m in the same mood tomorrow for pull ? .
All the presses were up so it’s all positive . The rest definitely paid up . At this moment it’s just a case of controlling all variables in my control namely diet, sleep, stress management, hydration & electrolyte balance . After which I’m going to the gym and just pushing to be better… to be stronger because like my mum used to say, there’s no other option!

After a full weekend off away.. we are back up north . Feeling refreshed abs ready to attack the week ahead even though they travel back was chaos due to weather causing disruptions, we are back safe.

Kam is on point . Do not drop the volume . Keep things the same and focus on other variables you can control like food, sleep , stress management, hydration,electrolyte balance and that . Make sure these are perfect and you will nail it.
