Rest day today. Lie in , and with that I mean 7:00am …..lol then straight to cardio and then worked from home.
Only went into the gym for 2 hours in the evening.
I like that balance as Monday Wednesday and Fridays are busy days mostly if I’m training too .

If your knees are sore then you can’t ignore that feedback and maybe it’s time to change.
And not change from that frequency to the same frequency, otherwise the result will be the same .

After a good nights sleep , fully hydrated and with significantly more food , I’d go in do some pump work get some blood moving … you’ll defo get a nasty pump …

when train rear delt? pull day?
Pull day … most of the compounds will hit rear delts ….. and then at the end I hit them directly with 2 added sets .

Chest day earlier. Very productive session. Numbers pushed up on Atlantis chest press, prime shoulder press & even the stretch set on prime chest press.

Also try a wider stance that way you hip gate can open wider allowing you more ROM as knees go towards armpits.
And once your knee starts moving towards you , you almost forget about your legs and make pulling the handles up your sole focus. Think the harder you pull , the more your torso digs into the seat and stays secure.. chalk your hands if you have to or wear straps. Personally I’d just have leg days hitting every muscle hard. Quads , hams , adductor & calves .

Legs today…. Cracking session. I’ve been working hard on my back off set on the pendulum. It started with 5 plates for 8 reps a few weeks ago.
Bullied the set one rep at a time and today I hit 15 reps . It’s a big milestone for me as this was my top set a while ago.
And the the little fitness work I have been doing, is paying off.
