Disgusting ? session on legs earlier this afternoon… this particular rotation is soo hard mostly the squat variation.
So you have the first set on the pendulum which is a paused set & continuous too .. I don’t know what’s worse , the pause or the continuous reps .. lol
Second set is just continuous & I think I’m on 17 reps on 5 plates so pretty chuffed with that for now as I work towards the 20 rep Mark.
Bike sprints after that left me for dead , literally zapped of every ounce of energy. But it all got done & everything pushed forward .

With a RDL you initiate the movement by driving your hood back aa far as possible by lengthening the hamstring whereas with a SLDL you don’t shift your hips back , you just focus on hinging at the hip .
