REST DAY
Lie in this morning, cardio upon wake …cheeky 20 minutes on cross trainer . I have done this a full week now and I feel much better . Fitness is improving daily .
Cooked my meals this afternoon, done a spot of laundry ? and packed my stuff for tomorrow.

I would go to full body , from a frequency perspective & an output perspective it will serve you very well . You could get away with x 3-4 sessions a week .

Session was productive, numbers on both presses up , execution kept as standard. We are slowly approaching the 5 plate mark on the Atlantis press which is a solid and unforgiving OH press . Laaaarvely session this afternoon. Love Sunday training sessions always fresh as a daisy & therefore sessions are at peak.
All numbers were up and most importantly things felt right.
Spoke to Jordan after , going to add 20 minutes cardio starting tomorrow just to increase fitness as I’m not doing any high rep work at the moment… once I get fitter, then we can add in 15-20 rep work and use that to hold on to tissue as we diet down … 🙂tb-jp.com/collections/clothing - The most anabolic clothing ever! |
