    DELTS AND TRIS
Love this workout, loads of isometrics in the short & stretched sets too. Very intricate and each set has a particular goal to challenge a specific portion of the range.
Everything felt spot on as it should … apart from the presses & the dips where I aim to really move max load (still with eccentrics) on the rest of the small movements like cuffed laterals , tricep cross cable extensions, stretch dumbbell overhead press & unilateral lat raise I really obsess with execution knowing sometimes if I can’t go heavier I’ve defo progressed execution wise . It’s the only variable with a continuum of progression. In terms of load you’ll always hit a wall at some point and then there’s two outcomes left of you keep forcing it, either something will , break , twinge or tear or a muscle group that you weren’t targeting will grow as execution takes a hit and the body starts compensating.. we will rest Tomorrow:)

    LEG DAY
Good to be back on the metal.. smashed legs to absolute smithereens this morning. Also buzzing the king of pre workouts PREPARE is back . Two scoops and I was like a hit man on a job , fully focused with controlled rage.. I was literally having cramps and spasms ab hour after training… this is going to be one for the books.
I was really up for it, perfect eccentrics, perfect isometrics, perfect changes of direction & max load on top of it.
My legs are responding better with this low frequency and high volume so no complaints from my side. 🙂
Early bed as I’m struggling to stay awake

IMO If you aren’t struggling with pulling movements then this hasn’t got anything to do with limb length & more to do with strength imbalances . Strong in pulling and not so strong in pushing . Can you give more context, your program, how long it takes from introducing a movement to stalling, whether there’s a pattern in certain movements?

Your lifts have already been stalling for 2 weeks, training again this week would just bury you further , accumulate more fatigue that will just take more time to drop .
Just try taking the week off, you have nothing to loose as your training at the moment is a case of diminishing returns matey

I would definitely do a full deload as Jimmy suggests here.
A week off the gym and whilst at it…address your routine, your meal times, meal choices & bedtime routine. Look for blind spots & see where you can improve. Then hopefully once back on you can have a good run

Hello guys, sorry forgot to update you yesterday. So we smashed chest first thing & checked in after .
I am currently sitting at 105.5kg upon wake , and everything is sitting very nicely in terms of recovery, training & digestion which isn’t perfect, but much much better and very dependent on me managing variables which I am.
We are going into a cruise from next week, clear up everything after which we will have bloods and be ready for the next push.
I’ll share some pics below of where we finished on this push. It was a very very productive one. And though lockdown isn’t ideal, it definitely ideal for recovery. The countless naps.

If your arms are lagging I’d approach this in either two ways, I’d either stick 2 sets of curls at the start of my leg session & stick 3 sets of a different variation of curls at the back end of my pull session.
This is assuming you are running your split
    Push / pull / off / legs / off .
Alternatively depending on your level of training , so for instance if you were very advanced I’d consider an arm day somewhere.
But if you are still a novice then the first suggestion should suffice .

All these are just tools, and what matters is application & whether you can recover .
At the moment you seem in a groove , you seem to be making good progress, so I’d keep rinsing these movements first & later on you can add the SLDL.
You should also note that the lift is very demanding recovery wise, and in your set up you are doing pull, push , legs . The SLDL is bound to throw a spanner in the works on leg day unless you don’t lower back load on leg day which at the moment will be challenging with minimal equipment.
So as Jimmy suggests, I’d milk that BB row for all it’s got first , then consider the SLDL after .

Let your needs & experience dictate your split. If not sure give us a bit more information & maybe pics & we can help. Or alternatively put a program together, post it on here & we will make sure it’s kosher for you

    PULL
I am now in the groove with these a.m sessions. Pull session wrapped up, I’m very happy with standardisation so far in particular. This is seat settings on machine , pad settings and execution in general. I feel this is the only way you can take progress as legit…
Rest day tomorrow so we will do a lot of napping and eating .. 😉
