80 days out
First leg session back after a 4-day rest and deload, and it’s been 7 days since I last trained legs. Remember, when coming back from a break/delaod , it’s important to ease back into your usual volume to avoid being pushed back in the fatigued state you just recovered from as it will only yield setbacks.
Today, we scaled back volume by 50-60% and focused on not taking sets to failure. Although I overshot a bit on the pendulum, I’m not losing sleep over it. Another rest day tomorrow, then back to digging deep on Thursday.

and I have had 3 of 4 days off the gym and a mini diet break to drop fatigue freshen up . Everyday I have felt better .. it’s just been a case of staying off my feet and resting as much as possible. Body weight has held so far .. see what tomorrow bringsssss

Hey Team, today was quite eventful for me. I started off the day feeling really energetic, but was hypo which led to me being taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
The upside to this was that I underwent several tests, including a hot scan and an ARG. After six hours, I was given the all-clear and discharged.
I took some time to rest and then headed to the gym for a push session.

Hey everyone,
I’ve never really delved into the nitty-gritty details of my competition prep before, as I usually focus on talking about my passion for training.
But exciting news – we’ve finally selected a show, and I’ve signed my contract to compete in 12.5 weeks starting tomorrow. Kuba will be guiding me through this prep, and I’ve decided to do a countdown until show day.

With 87 days to go, today was a rest day. Energy levels were low, but we’re pushing through. Stay tuned for more updates.

Hello team , this afternoon, I’m back at it with a simple leg session. My movements feel strong, and I can see progress, which is the most important thing. It’s easy to get caught up in adding unnecessary complexities and end up causing unnecessary problems. Remember, if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it.
We have 13 weeks out and I have finally got my contract and registered for the show..

Rest day yesterday we took on push B today .. predominantly Atlantis pieces in this one and a shoulder press to start unlike the other one where we start with a chest press .
Numbers up across then session with not reps dropped. That is a success if to ask me . Chest was pumped 🎈

LEGS A
Brilliant session this afternoon at the engine room . Joined by Dan Juma ifbb pro from America who’s made a jump from men’s physique to classic so obviously needs to start hitting legs hard so we took him on a spin .
Fantastic session, we really pushed each other .. and everything was progressed .. a very very well deserved rest day tomorrow

So many questions here to ask back .
1. As Rich has asked above , have you started , how are you fairing on more importantly? Are you progressing ?
2. The odds of exercises I’d dependent on your needs . So you could start with shoulder press or dumbell press or you could alternate between rotations

Hello team we have had a very productive 2 days on the gym floor .
Push yesterday was a go , trained earlier than normal as I was teaching at the in house internship . So I trained on one meal and had a cracking session with all loads up and a tremendous pump .This afternoon we went in on pull and we had a decent showing as well. I always train way better on a Sunday cause usually I’ve been in bed longer .
Rest day tomorrow, new week, new goals , let’s get at it team x

Leggies went down very well this afternoon and it was a success . All lifts progressed and form standardised .
Very happy as my legs are a big big priority. So going into these lower sessions I have a mindset that I cannot miss at all .. so far so good .

Rest day today . Fill day of work followed by a treatment as elbows been feeling battered . Knees attended to as well & I now feel fresh and ready to attack leggies tomorrow..😊

This looks good Miguel , I would however prefer all isolation movements stick to the end of an upper session & prioritise my presses first followed by lat /upper back work .

Apologies did not update you guys yesterday. Push session was mega .
I was joined by a good friend of mine from Dubai Jamie spencer . Very good energy from Jamie which really helps as he is such a happy and always optimistic guy.
All weights progressed ,so very happy.Today was pull B …a productive one but nothing to shout over the roof over . But a job well done none the less.
