Exercise selection looks decent…not sure about the amount of movements per session and the overall volume per session . Seems on the higher side but run it and see if you can recover . If so then that’s cool 😎

Lovely pull session yesterday.. started the week soooo strong … back in at push today and the momentum has carried on nicely .

On upper A & B , I’d maybe do an incline press variation, a flat press variation & a dip variation instead of 3 presses back to back . That way I think you’d be able to recover as you have only 2 sleeps before you press again

The lower side of it looks decent..on the upper A I’d choose between the dumbbell shoulder press or the high incline smith machine press and then stick a tricep compound instead .
On upper B I would do the same between the incline dumbbell press and the smith shoulder press .. stick another tricep compound variation . So if you do dips on upper A , you can do JM press on upper Btb-jp.com/collections/clothing - The most anabolic clothing ever! |

You could have two variations of upper and swap rep ranges , same for lower as well . I’d also add an upper back movement on upper A

I think your volume per session and recovery is what will underpin how many times you can train a body part 3 times a week . The lower the volume , the higher the frequency you can run per body part .

You get pec crossover training triceps , so personally, I’d aim to just get strong at the movement itself , take all I can take triceps & pec & ensure I am also doing my tricep isolation exercises too..

The upper back is a big muscle ..well group of muscles . IMO one movement is never enough . So I tend to do something prone (chest supported variation ) and then a pull down variation for upper back bias too .
So session would look like
1. Unilateral pulldown (lat bias)
2. Chest supported T bar row (upper back bias)
3.unilateral horizontal row (lat bias)
4.Bent over row variation (from neck to tail bone)
5. Wide grip pulldown (upper back bias)
6. Reverse pec dec (Rear delt)

Hello team a decent week so far ..training has been coming along very well & we are slowly pushing forward ..decent pull & push session Monday & Tuesday…a well deserved rest on Wednesday and we had a cracking leg session this afternoon.
