These are decent cooper .. just standardise them and not take too much of a break between reps .. other than that they are good .

What a session …pressing was very good . Felt very strong so very very happy. Pull part was very good too . Stacked the pull around so was happy with that too . A good week of training wrapped up .

PULL/ HAMS
I did not expect to train today based on how I was feeling last night .But alas here we are … decent session . Was meant to adjust volume, but then it just felt right as I did the session so here we are .. massive back pump as well . So very happy.
I know I am not fully out of the woods , so it’s more vitamin overdose and early night for me .Tomorrow is a rest day so that’s fallen well for me and will go a long way 🙂

Seems like your upper back is still not strong enough.
What I’d do in this scenario is reduce the weight and start again but slowly progressing .

Along with what the ladies of TBJP have mentioned above , if your heels are already elevated, make sure you break at the knees first , as opposed to breaking at the hip .
This will allow you to just keep driving the knees forward on your eccentric portion and as a result achieve maximum knee flexion….which will result into quad bias . 🙂tb-jp.com/collections/clothing - The most anabolic clothing ever! |

DELTS & ARMS
Today is the first day I bombed my smith incline press top set.
So I took 145kg for 6 reps last week & was looking for a 7th rep today . But literally failed at 3. Warm ups didn’t feel any different, so there wasn’t an indication of any sort of fatigue prior which made it quite a shock .It’s not only till after the session I felt a bit run down and under them weather that I realise I might be coming down with something. So early bed it is for me and see what tomorrow has to offer. 🙂

Hello Jack , the pics haven’t attached … but if he’s struggling with adherence now , chances are its only going to get worse the harder you push him . So perhaps there’s a conversation to be had about addressing these issues first and the importance of having time on your side when dieting. 🙂

Evening team ,
Had to train earlier today as I was going to Nottingham with a client for a photo shoot.
Session went extremely well. Better than I thought as I was training earlier than normal and with less food than I always have.But session was excellent. I posted some sets from pendulum which I am very happy with.
First Monday of this month, I took 100kg for 7 reps, been adding 1.25kg every week since , sometimes loosing one rep. Last Monday of the month and I am 5kg up for 7 reps with standardised execution. This small jumps in load will always compound over time so the name of the game is patience . 🙂

1) what I would do instead of getting rid of an upper back movement is maybe do 1 set of a deadlift to start with and leave everything else as is. Then asses how recovery is. If it’s too much , adjust . My preference in terms of sequence is :
Deadlift
Lat vertical row
Chest supported t bar
Horizontal lat row
Rear delts
Upper back pull-down

It been ok. Strength has taken a slight hit which is to be expected as food, rest and water is now where it was before but still getting it done
