    Hello guyz

    This log to talk about yesterday in Germany

    Wow the seminar went so well, we’ve had 30 girls Nastja Lisa and myself it was insanely great πŸŽ‰πŸ”₯

    Fom 10am to 6pm the seminar went ON, and at the end we went to eat in a Italian restaurant in Stuttgart πŸ€—

    I love so much Lisa Msw the Wellness Pro and Sasha her husband, they’re such sweat people 😍

    Now I am waiting for my train to go back to Paris πŸ”₯ and find back my husband

    I think today gonna be rest day cause my knee is painful after the seminar, so maybe not a good idea to workout quads today

    Hello guyz

    Been a busy dayyyy

    This morning same fasted routine vacuum, stretching and mobility

    Then my husband drive til Paris for my train to Germany for the Posing seminary

    I spend 3h in the train with bad wifi so i was bored af πŸ˜‚

    And then Valentino from the German Seminary drop me off to the hotel

    I put my food in the fridge and went straight by foot to workout hamstrings and back in Stuttgart

    Little cardio has been done on my way to go and come back from the gym

    Now I’ve prepped my bags for tomorrow’s seminar

    And i can chill now, eat and go to sleep

    This morning same routine fasted πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

    Then my husband trained me today at midday for my 2nd quad workout of the week.

    I had a posing client coming into my Studio this afternoon for a presential posing lesson

    The I start prepping my chicken and my rice for the seminar in Germany, from Saturday to Monday am.

    Big news today, still no knee pain, so I will keep using the knee bands and keep all my routine same!

    Since yesterday evening I start loosing my hairs since the laser epilation, after only one sesh, it’s incredible, so for those who always hesitated… Go for it πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

    Hello guyz,

    Today same fasted routine

    I had all posing lessons today as it’s Wednesday, and my physio cancelled my appointment tonight so I can start my luggage to go to Germany

    Sunday we are giving a posing seminary in Stuttgart with Lisa Msw the Wellness Pro, and i am taking the train Saturday midday

    So today I’ve started the basic things related to food, iso, cor, salt, pb, olive oil, paper plates, etc etc, and I do clothes washing machine, to start clothes packing friday

    Food packing will be on Friday also so good I have a rest day from gym to make food shopping also (yes no supermarket near to my hotel in Stuttgart and i am all by foot)

    Hello guyz

    I did not feed the log yesterday, Post surgery I’ve been a mess, and stayed in sofa all day

    But today it has been different, like yesterday eating liquid only, and no training cause of blood pressure and points, but I’ve still worked all day on posing classes online, and then all evening on posing videos corrections for my clients.

    Tomorrow I start again my total routine, I gonna try workout quads for the first time since 3,5 weeks, i’ve received my knee bands so i hope it will help

    Today surgery day for my bubble under the tongue

    No workout during 3 days

    And eating just liquid food for 3 days

    Anesthesia is gone, it’s painful now πŸ˜…

    Today same routine with the new stretching for my sciatic nerve

    I did workout of glutes this midday

    Warm up bands

    +extra warm up of left glutes

    Hipthrust 2 x 14

    Kickback 3 x 10 on right leg / 3 x 12 on left leg

    Abductors Machine with bands 3 x 32 (already at the max weight of the machine)

    Once home i’ve had one posing lesson in my studio

    Hello guyz

    This morning same routine but with a different stretching added

    I need to stretch my sciatic nerve also

    My physio told me this is the reason of my knee pain, I need to add nerve stretching also, so 20reps by Leg every morning, it’s quite a hard one to do alone but he showed me some positions to do it so I tried this morning on top of my basic stretching

    The menisc had nothing luckily

    My hips were not aligned so when I trained quads on top of this, i’ve injured myself because training heavy if you’re a bit broken, it makes consequences a bit everywhere

    My problem is always my hips which are unaligned, and it also results on one leg way shorter than the other if we don’t put the hips in place again.

    My left side also is very weak compared to the right side, he wants me to put more intension in my left side while training but I swear I’ve tried and it’s not an easy thing to do at all!

    To try to fix the diff of strength btw left and right i’ve tried to workout unilaterally and always start with the left side first, so the problem of strength is now solved and equal to the right side, but we still have the problem of mind connection and intention on the left side.

    He advised me to do hypnosis or to be followed by a psychologist, cause the origine might be mentally.

    If anyone has Advices or has faced the same problem left/right than me in the Tbjp team, I am taking your Advices πŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈ

    Today is full day of posing classes online and rest day from the gym

    And tonight I open my schedule of posing for August πŸŽ‰

    And right after 1h of posing lesson into my studio

    The I went twice to the post office to take my package tbjp πŸ˜‚ what a loss of time, the software of the post had twice a big, so I went back home without my package πŸ˜‚

    Now i am waiting my appointment with my physiotherapist, to check those wrists and this knee

    Good evening!

    Today same routine than usual for vacuum stretching and mobility

    The all day on posing classes online and rest day from the gym

    I did video posing check-ins all evening and I’ve just finished now πŸŽ‰

    I am going to eat my meal and chill now

    My physio finally answered me yeahh

    Appointment on Tuesday 7pm to check that knee, I am super happy, I need his green light to start again quads, I really don’t wanna push on a weird pain, I prefered rest on quads for some weeks that just do the stupid Allison, lowing the weights and pushing more, risking of making a definitive damage.

    I did often that stupid stubborn πŸ˜‚ and it never went well for me, even with lower weights
