I finally have a super night this evening
I slept 10hours straight it was much needed
Now full day of posing classes online
Tonight 40min cardio
Rest day from the gym

This morning same fasted routine
Since 2 days I have very poor nights and sleep, went to bed but couldn’t sleep before 2.30am and woke up normal at 5am

I am going to workout hamstrings and glutes today but this workout gonna focus on light weight and stretching maximum the muscles
Then will be cardio 40min
No work for me today, and free meal tonight
And i gonna watch the italy and bulgary contest streaming as some of my posing athletes and friends are going to compete there 😍

Woke up this night I couldn’t sleep at all
I gonna do my 30 min fasted routine now like usual and I think my cardio 40min fasted
If I succeed I gonna have a nap later in the morning, then workout shoulders a bit
Today I just have to go to the post to do 3 administrative things and go food shopping also.

Then i went workout hamstrings
Leg curl uni standing 2×17 + 1x dropset
Leg curl uni lying 1×14 + 1x cluster 4x4x4x7
Leg curl uni seated 1×15 + 1x dropset
Stiff dumbbell at the smith machine holding my hips 3x 15
Adductors 3x 15
Now i am doing my cardio 40min

Now… if you did not changed coach in between the progressive diet and the low carb diet, then ask your coach because he has to explain you his goal
But if it’s a new coach who didn’t look your diet background with your ex coach, be careful
Third possibility : what you were doing with you ex coach did not work (reason why you changed) so he consciouly put you low carbs to make you loose a lot
So if you explain us a bit more the background we could help you better

The problem is that reputable coachs have a lot of clients AND THEIR FAVORITE clients! and they send the first entry diet almost the same for everyone (which is funny but I relate facts, this is far from being my opinion, but I experience exactly same), and if you loose too much weight like hell, he will increase, if you maintain or don’t loose weight/body fat, he will decrease or add cardio in 🙃
The “reputable” coachs who have a lot of pro cards and olympians, are working like in a factory. They don’t individualize when they got 10 olympians, 30 pros and 400 amateurs.
So asking your question is giving you the answer inside the question.
Is the coach reputable cause he is a pro card factory?
Or is the coach reputable cause he is very careful and take care of the health of the athletes ?🥲
Putting you 1000kcals straight in, first day joining the team, without asking you what was your previous diet before entering the team, it’s a no way for me.
I’ve experienced it once… and so I understand your question more than you think 🙃🥲

Today same fasted routine
But I am stuck in the lower back grrrr
Full day of posing video corrections
As usual, I did the first half this morning, the second half post workout and I have just finished now.
Today I workout glutes but as my back is in pain and my physio does answer me yet, I just did this
Warm up with bands crab walk
Abduction machine with bands around the knee 3x 17 at 115kg
Hipthrust machine 2×11 at 200kg + 1 cluster 4x4x4x4 at 200kg
Kickback 3x 10 at 70kg (lost strength here grrrr but it’s complicated with back pain)
I didn’t do the RDL and SUMO cause that’s the worst for my back pain and I don’t wanna make the problem worst.
I finished my 3x 15 for the calves standing
Well, I am speaking of my lower back, but the left knee is painful again
I already know what the physio will tell me 😂
“Hips are unaligned again so that’s why” 😂
I am 100% sure of it, but it’s crazy how my hips can be locked very easy in a bad position
Anyway, no pressure on myself, I am way too big for bikini now, so after my physio appointment if i need to take a bit more rest, I will not make a drama 🫡😂
Now currently doing my 40min cardio
And tomorrow full day of posing classes online and rest day from the gym

Hello everyone
This morning same fasted routine
A bit of work today as i needed to settle the subscriptions for the posing corrections that start tomorrow, so bit of administrative work
Now i am going to workout hamstrings and calves
Then no cardio for me today as i got only 6 times per week
Tonight i gonna start the videos corrections as there is more subscribers this month than the previous and it’s gonna be a nightmare if i only do it tomorrow

Today same fasted routine
Rest from gym and off to work all day on posing lessons, later i will do my 40min cardio
Yesterday I did a checkin with my coach so 68kg fasted, a small 700gr drop
But condition is better and look is exactly how we want it to be for an off season
Not fatty, not small, natural shape as all my off seasons bikini always.
The feedback from my coach was exactly same as my personal opinion, better, less fat and more myself.
Sweet spot for us, I will just have to pick a show first season of 2024 in order to prepare enough in advance, but we will have potentially to play some tricks to come on stage soft and flat as I am 8/10kg over my usual off seasons for bikini, but condition is almost same than before for more weight.
I am very happy, now we just off to maintenance until christmas, why until that? Because I want my mind to be perfectly in place to compete, I wanna go to holidays with my husband 2 weeks in Cancun in November, cause being in couple with someone who is an athlete can be sometimes very hard and I know he has been great on me, when I was not diserving him to be that great.
I was speaking too much of contests, too much about this sport in general, and having no goals yet, even keeping our same lifestyle like before, this is something that clearly help me to feel freedom in my head.
Even if on the paper, nothing has changed, the lack of pressure has all the benefits.
It’s also my birthday soon, and it’s been 7 years I did not eat a cake for my breakfast, I was always in prep at that time, so basically just hake 😂 sounds almost same than cake but 🤌🏽😂
I also can focus on building my posing business, because as a huge surprise to me, I thought the posing demands will reduce when I stop compete, but that’s not the case at all, it even increased, and I feel grateful cause I was really convinced people would forget me (which is normal), but even not. I am not marketing it too much also, so that’s good people just speak btw each others and just take care of spreading my name as a posing coach instead of me doing it 🥹😭

Same fasted routine this morning
Today is rest day from the gym
And full day of posing clients online
But I stopped my protocol. I don’t feel aligned doing this and without a doubt, the wellness pro are not building their shapes naturally.
I have tried but I don’t feel myself, I don’t recognize myself, and I realized I was not ready for it.
It could have been possible to create a natural wellness shape for sure over years and time, I know it, but one day or another I am obliged to say that I would have need to do more for a contest in pro, and that’s not what I want.
I have always been determined for many things, but I wanted to see until where I was ready to go, and fact is that I am not ready to do much except at the gym.
No regrets,I tried.
I will let myself a bit of time, but I ll be back in Bikini, but a Bikini like I wish to be, aligned with my values, no matter what people think of my shape, “too much” but I will stay the person I wanna be.

The four firsts tuesday of october, my posing clients will have to send me their posing videos for me to do the voice over corrections.
Tonight i can eat one free meal so i think we gonna go for sushi 🍣

Only glutes hams calves left so I keep working out only 4x a week

Cleaning all the house today
Psychologist appointment this afternoon (I think it’s actually a great thing to do once pro athlete, pressure that we carry on our shoulders from ourselves need to be evacuated)
Tonight I will need to correct some videos of posing for my girls competing tomorrow in the pro qualifer in france, and then I will have to do my 40min cardio
