    Yes I ALWAYS DO THAT.
Texture is even more creamy once rested into the fridge.

The tip is not adding much water, and not boiling water, just hot tiny little bit of water and then boom to the fridge

Even 2 days in fridge it’s all fineee

Yes there is a difference between being lean and being stage ready.

Stage ready is like : peeled enough, with the quality, with the fullness, without any water retention, with a tightest and smallest waist possible, with a cleanest skin as possible.
It’s like, this look is SO HARD to get, that your coach need you to be regular and consistent on every single detail, to be able to collect your datas and set some strategies according the datas he collected.
If your routine is not the same everyday and your datas are changing everyday, how can he works?
It’s already hard to work without mistakes with all the datas as there are always very tiny little details as “emotions” from client or from the coach, that we can’t control.
Water has to be same everyday, salt, food sources, food timing, sleep, workout (if possible). That’s why if you are on macros, you still have the freedom to choose what’s gonna be your “strict diet plan”. Set yourself a meal plan with the food you know you digest, which work well, if possible no transformed food, that you like and which helps you to keep your diet adherence, set yourself a meal timing and eat every 3h, most carbs intake around training, equal protein intake divided into your meals numbers, avoid fats post workout, and stick to it.

And I would even give you my personal opinion on this; after telling you you don’t need clen,
I use litterally nothing for the fat loss except a deficit and cardio.

I am in the team : less is more
If there is a chance to let your body do the job alone by itself, I would do it

He did explain that flexible dieting is okay when it comes to just getting a very lean physique, however right now that I am in prep for a bodybuilding show everything should be very consistent like having the same predetermined meals as the variables will stay consistent like that.

So he already told you before.
    Lean physique and flexible ok
Prep for a show, keep everything under close watch.
So the only problem here is that you didn’t follow his directions.
You kept being flexible, eating the two burgers in once without respecting his vision of food volume or food timing, or structure. On which he communicated with you beforehand already.

    Your bad. Not him.

He wants the best for you.
He is not FAN of flexible dieting; and I agree with him; prep for a show is controlling all variables. There is so much more than just no oil, no butter type of things. You need to eat a structured meal plan; EVEN IF you are still on macros; macros give you the opportunity to decide yourself what gonna be your structured plan, but do same as me : I am in prep and on macros; but I did a strict diet plan, the same everyday; I chose my fav foods, and they are exact same since november 2025.

So basically you “cheated” your plan.
Even if your friend told you the burger were lean, you didn’t ate those burger since the beginning, and 2k kcals all in once, so you didn’t follow your plan, that’s fact.

To be peeled peeeeeeled, you need structure.

    Hello everyone
    Today refeed !
The coach feedback yesterday was refeed on next glutes day which is today.
He appreciated to see a small weight drop of 100gr despite periods which are coming, so before pushing the deficit any further, he wants to do the same approach than few weeks ago and see how it goes.
He is very conservative, smg that I appreciate a lot.
Still not fat loss tool in place, for my happiness
So today glutes day followed by 30min cardio and 9k steps total. No work today.
    Xx

    Keep everything as it is.
Hunger in growth is super great.
But it does not mean you need to add food (yet)

It’s person dependant, but if everything works fine for you without, i don’t see the point of adding clen

    Hello everyone
Check-in for the coach this morning
So 61,8kg (only 100gr less) but I am supposed to get my periods soon, so let’s see what he will decide. But imo he gonna reduce food a little, or do a refeed and see what gonna happen.
Today is a full day of work on my video posing corrections, and 9k steps total.
No training today, one posing lessons face to face into my studio this afternoon, and I will fo my cardio 30min tomorrow cause today is a busy day, and I wanna save some time and energy. So the rest day from cardio gonna be switched.
Otherwise, still a lot of administrative tasks to do, for the house move, a lot of justificative documents to provide to the agent and bank

Soreness for me is not something which gonna decide if I train again or not
Except if it’s a soreness from something which does not feel “fine”, need a deload or a physio, or decrease volume
If you progress your lifts and see some improvements, for me it’s ok

Soreness can also come from something you did just a little different during the last session

So I would analyse the biggest picture

    If lifts are stuck
    Poor recovery
    Sore
    Tired overall
Shape is flat, or watery, or not improving

Here I would potentially do a deload / or add a rest day or run a refeed

    My take on this :
    Less is more.
Bump up the carbs for performance.
What you do and what you eat are the base of the process.

My opinion on this is that you can’t have both.
Letting peptides aside, just basically you CAN’T hope loosing body fat/body weight quickly and be into performance at same time.

In my opinion ; I don’t understand why people take tons of things when they actually can’t focus going into one direction only.

The body is how it is.
There is a process for muscle growth
There is a process for cardio vascular performance
There is a process for fat loss
There is a process for quick fat loss

Muscle growth is not an awesome stage for being lean and have an amazing cardio.

Getting an amazing cardio is not matching with being overweight (muscle wise) or being into a deep deficit.

Having the desire to be all at same time is a nice dream, but no peptides can buy that.

You wanna be into running performance ?
    Set the process for it.

And I don’t think any peptide can change this or has an additional value if the settlement of your process is all over the place.
