Received my new diet ahah time to push pushProtocol has been increased to 40mcg clemb fasted
Steps have been increased to 10k daily so still no cardio, but I pref to do on treadmill walking than walk more along the day though
So I will do 20min morning/fasted now and then the rest post workout if neededHere my new diet : so a drop of 700kcals daily ;

I am not personnally fan fan of abs weighted
As like every other muscle they grow, I would just do body weight stuff and avoid doing obliques
Strong waist is different than aesthetically pleasing waist.
If you wanna keep your waist the most aesthetical i would privilege body weight and vacuums

Hello mate, as long as your breakfast, pre and post are where they supposed to be… well not problem
There are specific cases in which some people need to alternate solid vs liquid meals for digestive reasons (but you aren’t concerned) so for them would be interesting to don’t play switching meals order though
Or in a cut period, if the last meal is supposed to be zero carbs and much fats, wouldn’t be perfect to place this as a post workout / last meal

Hello mate, I don’t like to use sauce, or zero sauces; cause I feel it’s too processed imo
BUT, a heinz ketchup will not harm you no worries, my husband got into his diet plan smg like 20gr a day in off season, that’s a source of carbs like another one!

Hello mate fully agree with others, for me it lasts 6 weeks during my reverse where weight was still dropping so we had to increase everytime the food more weekly. But always wait weekly to see the body reaction.
Ended up same weight than end of cut with 3k kcals and no cardio. But one day; weight started to increase quick from nowhere; without increasing the diet, body was finally responding. Could take a long time for your body to react when reversingInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello everyone
Today I took my weight fasted cause yesterday evening before bed I have noticed I was seeing my abs again and inflammation seemed to get away; so today 800gr less; so yes otitis seems to heal.
Today I had to clean the pool of my mother while she is away. One posing lesson into my studio and then glutes workout later this evening as temperature will be colder.
Will still need to do my 8k steps
