    Hello everyone

    Recovered my periods yesterday evening at 4 weeks post show !

    I did not get my cycle back during this summer reverse diet, imo we have been too conservative during the reverse and we could have raised my body weight a tad higher and faster ! Cause for 5 weeks if I remember well; the weight was doing a plateau, no matter what we were doing.

    This time post show I have enjoyed one week of intuitive eating clean and in decent quantities, added one free meal per week and also been straight in surplus (as in reverse lol) but the difference was the amount of food the first week post show.

    This time I decided not being that much conservative of body compo cause I wanted to recover my cycle quick; and regulate my hair loss. This summer the hair loss was still a little bit higher than it is supposed to be normally; which makes sense as I held my weight only at + 2kg from stage at the end of the 8 weeks, it should have been + 4kg.

    Now I am at +4kg which is functionning much better.

    I am consequently super happy to get my cycle back now, and hair loss super minimized and back to better than normal actually. We are into a great spot!

    In 4 weeks I will do my bloods.

    Yesterday free meal : raclette ! 😮‍💨

    And today full day of posing lessons online and 8k steps will be done !

    Hello everyone !
    Received my feedback litterally only few hours after I sent my check-in for the coach.
    Super fast, even faster than my previous coach, which I thought would be impossible as my old coach was already fast.
    He is super happy of the progresses so far, the compo is still decent, weight is slowly increasing and we stayed into the average of weekly gain. The adherence of the plan has been 100% so he is happy; I mention that cause it’s always hard to start with someone new imo cause he does not know you, does not know your implication or dedication, mine has always been 100% since 10 years, but he probably will need a lot of time to be sure of this.
    The transition has been smooth. Basically i have designed my diet exactly like the one I had before him, so it’s just like the continuity of what I was already doing so for me, not much of a change.
    As I said before he sent me my macros and I have designed the diet according the new values but kept all my food I was doing before.
    Also I have asked him is salt 12gr and 6L water were details he wanted to change and he replied no.
    12gr salt made him laugh pretty hard but he added that if my body function properly this way, no reason to change otherwise things will be off. He just want me to keep consistency in those amounts which is even not a question as I always do that.
    We keep the same plan until next friday.
    I have also announced on socials who he was after one week.
    Today glutes day and 8k steps and tonight free meal ✨

    Hello mate
    There is litterally no problem at all, but as Clare said ! I would bring some variation into your diet, for nutrient purposes, but also for fibers yes AND for your gut health to be optimal. The less variation you have the less you will be able to tolerate on the long run, and we all need a diverse intestinal flora.
    So yes mainly pasta no pb
    But add some potatoes, bread, rice, honey, fruits, veg sometimes’ still

    Hello mate, How much of water per day you drink ?
    Do you sweat a lot ?
    Averagely BB consume btw 5 and 10gr salt per day.
    With 4/5/6L of water per day.
    Now some people may concume more salt than this and some other less.
    The most important is keeping your salt and water STABLE everyday.

    When increasing the diet; I would increase both ntd and td at same time to keep them not too far from each other in terms of kcals diff
    350/300kcals difference btw both is a good average.
    On mens you can easily see body compo through the complete mid section 360 degrees
    Lower abs, and lower back, love handles. Thats most of the time the primaty zone of unecessary storage yes.
    Sometimes some mens can store also in hips and glutes more women like, so imo check if those zones stay “decent” cause you will gain a bit of fat yes but the overall look needs to remains “decent”

    Hello mate 500gr average weekly is a good number.
    I wouldn’t aim a final weight though
    Just make sure compo stay fine while growing and that you don’t go too slow or too fast in the process.
    Agree with Clare on the fact that some factors will tell you if you need a tidy up or step back during the growth

    Hellooo!
    Today draining massage early this morning.
    Getting fat back quicker was a risk yes to have a less good blood flow and more oedemas.
    Well; we don’t speak of usual oedemas though, manifestation on me is just around hips and knees and ankles.
    Plus also the fact I was not doing any free meal since almost a year, ofc from now on one free meal per week is something I was not used to anymore, and let’s be clear; I don’t count when I eat and what I eat. Just making sure I don’t get a full belly and that’s all. I even enjoy few glasses of Limoncello 🤣
    The new coach goal is to grow my glutes more than what they were, and he does not care of “maintenin the right size for bikini” rn.
    We need to add meat and density there; and it was the opposite strategy compared to my previous coach; where we wanted to keep the good size and that was sacrificing ofc some progresses on glutes as judges were telling me they were wide. So that’s with litterally no guilt that I eat whatever makes me feel happy in free meal.
    Today full day of work on online posing lessons and tonight at 8pm I will launch another quick sale of my t shirts 🤩
    And 8k steps to be done today 🫶🏼
