You can litterally be peeled with any food !

The most important is to get 98% of raw food sources and nutritive food sources.
As long as you are respecting this and are in deficit ; you can eat those stuff.
But in the case they digest well.
If digestion is not good; remove!

900gr drop in the night but yesterday i had a lymphatic massage and also i slept today until midday.
I needed so much rest.
As I can’t find sleep early at night, I decided to sleep longer today.
I woke up soooo good omg
Luggages are ready, glutes workout today
And tonight just packing my food but meal prep is done already.

Natural Light is changing way to often and for a coach that’s hard to track if you are soft/fat/watery/peeled if the light is not great

Hello mate;
I personnally don’t like to call it cheat meal cause it gives this image of binge shit eating.
Free meal is smg already more powerful into the mind.
I would not place a free meal in off/growth season if you are too fatty though.
I would make sure compo is good, and if compo is not good; I would do a free meal on macros to make sure I can choose with freedom but without alterating the shape.
Don’t need to sacrifice your day diet for the “cheatmeal” and that’s why I don’t like this word; cause privation or low diet can lead to binging at night during the cheatmeal.
The correct process and the more natural; keep your diet and switch the last meal of the day for the free meal and then go to sleep and wake up the morning after back to plan.
I personnally choose raw foods and cook at home for digestive purposes; fast food and stuff are not nutritive enough for me.
For a big boy who wanna kill his legs the day after and who has pain to push calories in, yes agree.
But for first timers or ladies ie… hum better to stay quite clean and do things at home.
Now as I told you; compensation is not good cause it’s a free meal; and a free meal is just to make you feel free; if freedom needs sacrifice on the other hand; mentally that’s not good.
My fav free meal (not home cooked) is sushis
And my fav free meal (home made) are lasagnas, or eggs/avocado/tomatoes/tuna toasts
With why not one ice cream (but now that the ninja creami is a thing) we have the almond milk no sugar with isolate ninja creami with toppings as honey, figs, coconut, almond butter which are nice and you can control digestion and kcals at same time and it taste delicious
Take insure before free meal
And digest pro
Don’t compensate with cardio

Without joke; as long as YOU tolerate it, no problem, you can even be stage lean with bread atm your macros put you in deficit.

I guess if training has been impacted that’s good.
But yes def if u stopped training during 20 days you def flatten and empty your stores so weight loss make sense.
But I would make sure now you stabilize the weight loss to a normal amount weekly

Shorter night today, check in 57,3kg so 200gr more
I think a little water retention but I had to wake up early for 1h drive to go to my draining massage where the retention is all gone anyway.
Now doing my slow 30min walk and been working a little this morning on my weekly posing video correction, a little bit now before walk, and I will keep going after.
Rest day today. The coach did not ajust the plan since but we control everyday the visual and weight.
We gonna start “i think” check-ins soon at midday as I go on stage at 2pm in poland so we will see how it looks.
