We are few grams over the look we want for the stage.
Today been working all day on posing lessons online, been doing house cleaning, food shopping as well as my 30min slow walk.

You can eat red meat in deficit no problem
5% lean beef on rest day it’s super fine !
I don’t see any problem, and you will have a little iron in also
The more variety u got into your diet, the best it is.
Macros remains the same, counts the fats of the beef / salmon if you eat that also

Hello mate.
Been a little stuck with the same trouble when I have tried to grow my legs
First : you have to establish a mobility stretching routine on the days you dont do legs
It goes with hips, knees, ankles
The part painful on the knee is the junction of the quads onto the knee, and you feel the knee a little but weak.
That’s a cumulation or lack of mobility stretching, also potentially too heavy weights for not enough warm up and feeder set.
Also to make sure everything is totally in range; i would check with a good physio if the joints are into their supposed angle, cause we never know, sometimes just a hip/knee manipulation, and it’s all good.
My physio seen some trigger points onto my inside quads insertion to the knee, on top of a lack of mobility routine and recovery routine, once I have added the missing details, the pain was goneInstagram : @allisontestu

Good news ! Today I went to the bathrooms !
Weight fasted 57,7kg
Did my check-in and sent it to my coach but 5min after I have run into the toilets again.
Litterally did everything yesterday evening to poo…
Dulcogotas, gluceryn, sene tea, on top of the draining massage and the physio on sunday.
So as said : I run to the toilets, and 100% poo done.
It’s super important to speak of this ; belly is litterally the brain of the body for a body builder…
By curiosity, I have weighted myself after; 57,4kg
So without changing anything, yesterday 58kg
This am 57,7kg and 5min after 57,4kg.
Variable super important as I was consequently under my stage weight today.
But if I did not poo, and don’t say it to the coach, he would have thought we may need to push the deficit a tad more, but because communication is great, we don’t.
So happy day ahead honestly, was about 9 days of belly pressure, complication to go to toilets, to drink and also to practice my posing.
Now I feel soooo much better in and out, finally.
We are 12 days out, the look is great, we might go a little leaner, as Tyler feedback is based on the USA bikini typer, but when tyler isn’t judging in europe, judges want condition for bikinis.
Even asked Judith Kokeny, who was judge in Fibo next to tyler, she said for Tyler I was perfect like this, now for Europe I needed slimmer and leaner.
So we gonna apply this feedback as I don’t plan to compete in USA at least for now.
So Poland is the next stop.
The coach and I, we want a look around 57kg
So tonight when he gonna do his feedback I gonna see what’s the plan.
I think Poland will be my last one of the season.
Now that I am slimmer and fitting bikini, I think I need a tad more time to bring up more density and shape to the glutes without making a wider frame.
I am currently eating average of 2500kcals, we re do the slow walk of 30min per day total, so it’s a sweet spot to start a reverse and the off season.
I will not have a free meal post show, I am too comfy into my diet and my metabolism without clen and without cardio, that’s just a sweet place to be, I wanna maintain this.
Today been training glutes ! God
Since the physio dry needling, the feeling in my glutes was just amazing, feel a new person, feeling each single part of my muscle working and lifts were increasing again !! With a much improved control and technic due to the relief of my muscles post dry needling.
The problem with my regilar physio is that he does not do that technique and never have a free spot for me; I am still waiting his aswer from the day I sent him a message before alicante. So I decided to change as I can’t work like this.
Sometimes i think in europe (or just in france? Cause germany or uk it seems different) we don’t have enough medical teams around us like in bresil or usa.
Here “oh you are a pro ? So cool” and that’s it.
They don’t realize you can’t “exercise your profession” if you are not properly followed, and that is not just a hobby imo
Well… I have changed physio, a text saturday evening, an appointment sunday evening, all new.
Today after my glutes workout I have had a posing lesson face to face into my studio, and this morning/afternoon/evening, I have been working on my posing video corrections for my subscribers.
Just finished now, a little tired, but I am doing my walk 30min now and then shower and foam roal on the glutes area to free the zone.

Social medias nowadays makes us think we can get massive at 16yo cause it shows us some genetic freaks, but from the boys of 16yo I remember at school, they were not mens yet though

I would advise to lean down still, until you get rid of the love handles and the midsection fat zone
This is a persistant area I know, but when you will be lower in % percentage your compo will be much better when entering the push phase
Now I am afraid it stores too much into that zone if you start now.
What are your macros/kcals? Rn
How much output you got rn?

At some point we all need more muscle density and time
So were you flat, or were you flat compared to the others.
The more muscles you got ofc the most you can refeed.
If your coach feels 2 days is enough for you, that’s probably cause he has the data
I suggest you ask him the question :
Coach, just wondering something regarding the last peak; you refeed on 2 days, do you think I was at my fullest, and do you think I still look slim next to the others ? Even at my fullest
The most complicated in this sport is to get the 3D muscles and not the muscles in itself.
