    Exactly, agree with others.
    Mistakes will come on repeat.
    Maybe the first correction of form, they can send unlimited and then focus on the one they do a bad execution, it means not all the exercises.
    Also when on their shape you notice a weak point; idk for example shoulders but not biceps triceps, clearly the person don’t need to send the arms video; but the shoulders yes
    That’s what I would do.
    If they got strong point I would let them without form video; on weak points i would make sure I review everything

    Hello everyone
    Today fasted check in for my coach
    58,5kg so 600gr more with yesterday
    I think rest day is super high which is great as I loose weight post training day and become too shredded, but after rest day; it balances everything again
    I like the look this morning but i think it’s too full; muscles too full.
    We are 6 days out, the line up announcement gonna be out tonight hehehe
    But idk if I gonna watch it, I don’t care; but clearly people gonna start to dm and opinate; I will start from now on to hide my peak week shape, peaking protocols (that I will keep updating here ofc) but I don’t want people to see anything; as we gonna soften up all the stuff again.
    Today administrative stuffs, declarations etc for may, posing registrations also for the video corrections of posing for may.
    30min fasted walk has been done as well and glutes workout this midday !
    Then I will just chill.

    Hello mate, go to check a specialist
    Physio first as it can be just a slight contracture
    He will also tell u what caused this (probably the lack of stretching and mobility, as people who body build are often lazy to do this hehehe)
    If the physio does not find what’s wrong
    Do exams
    But I am sure this is the first option

    Hello mate
    First things first
    Go to check a physio.
    If the physio does not improve your situation,
    Go make exams, scans, echo whatever
    Then introduce on your rest day in parallel some hips and legs stretching/mobility
    That’s MANDATORY if you body build
    Then take supplements according to what the physio/exams would say
    I would take something either way from now on for the joints and tendons
    Join-in and osteo pro tbjp
    And on top of this please warm up correctly before any leg day (before any workout too)
    And record yourself when you do the movement, maybe you can share here for us to see if your hips/lower back are not getting into troubles because of a bad posture

    Was predicted by me lol but idk if the coach had predicted this ahah
    So now we check everyday
    Today upper body workout, very light, just basically a light pump.
    Then food shopping and then shower and 30min walk on my treadmill.
    Tomorrow, online posing lessons and check-in again.

    I would start slow reverse, 200kcals/250kcals.
    And don’t touch until the weight stabilize or drop.
    And then if the target weight maintains itself with more food, and that she thinks she is lean enough, I wouldn’t do a deficit after.
    But if she wants to get leaner, yes reverse for some time, and then lower the kcals
    But one question : does she wants to be shredded for summer ? Or does she wants to enjoy food this summer ?
    What is her holiday goal?

    But please don’t weight everyday though
    You don’t need to do that.
    Once a week it’s fine.
    Everyday could lead to body weight obsession, and stress of not seeing weight moving OR weight gain, then weight loss, then weight gain is not helping your weight loss.
    Once a week it’s perfect.
    I would lower the carbs, if you are consistent in tracking your cardio, steps and diet.
    If you lack of consistency on steps and cardio or diet, (we never know) I would make sure you hit your output and diet target first.
    But if you do, yes lower some carbs. And weight next week.

    Hello everyone
    Today 30min fasted walk
    Bring my husband to the airport as he gonna compete this weekend in portugal at the national and just after the pro qualifier.
    Took me around 3h away from home.
    Then once back home pre workout and then glutes workout.
    Total house cleaning this end of afternoon,
    Washing machine for clothes etc
    And now gonna take shower and chill.
    Until next week in alicante; just got 3 days of work left.
    Sunday, monday and wednesday.
