Workouts I would keep the same at the approach of the cut.
I would priviledge starting to lean down by adding some regular steps per day before touching the food.
The higher you got food the more fuel you can get at the gym to keep performance.
I would always priviledge output first before diet lower.
And then ofc lower the diet after adding some regular steps if the weight does not decrease
    And then some cardio
And then lower the diet again
    And lower the diet
    Etc

10 days ago you wrote this :

    “2 weeks post show
The night of show I did eat what I wanted and bloated out
    In 1 week I gained 7kg”

Just as a context; your body ofc is inflammed and it gonna take few days/weeks until it’s regulate.

I advise you to control your diet, stay on lean food avoid free meals for now, hydrate yourself good and be patient

You tell us “everything I ate”

Inflammation come from post show food.

Digestion is disrupted, inner balance disruptued, and inflammation during workout.post workout is a consequence.

    Inner hydration has changed

    Mineral balance has changed

    Gut is messed up

When I was doing “a post show”, I was getting injured at the gym when starting again, for like litterally no reason, just warming up with bands could create a contracture or more.

Since I don’t do “post-show meals” that problem never happened again.

Let’s admit you had a real peak week beforehand with sodium potassium or water manipulations + trip in train or plane back to your home (or long car trip) + fatigue + post show treats; it’s the best combo for an inflammed body after

Hello mate; well it depend on your program.

Some people have a dead stop, when you really need to pose and re start as if it was the first rep; and some others got just continuous reps, try to visualize an accordion imo.

If you pause too long on some reps where you are not supposed to pause, you loose the tension into the muscle.

On Some heavy squats some pause at the top is necessary to catch your breath in exemple.

But on a leg press if you pause at the bottom that’s called a dead stop and all the reps are as taxative as the first one, otherwise “accordion” technique and constant tension all along

I hope I did understand your question good cause my english sometimes can get easily confused

    Hello everyone!
    56,6kg this am fasted
    Same weight than yesterday!
We keep the normal plan for today upper workout, and we just keep steps at 10k.
Did one set per exercise today during my upper session, no need more than a small pump, and imo next week we will not train upper at all!
Also today I have received the second half of my t shirt production; I will bring some to sell at the Olympia for the Meet and Greet ⭕️✨🫶🏼
And the rest of the stock I will sell it once back home cause now it’s too short in time to sell and ship.
Also now finishing my steps and have done some meal prep for sunday as potatoes, brocolis, sea scallops just to be efficient when my coach will give me the diet for the travel day.
And also trying to finish my two lugages! xx

    Hello mate; everyone is different.

The most important is to be consistent with salt tracking !

Take also into consideration not to weight yourself every single day!

Depending on td or ntd, depending on the muscle group you are training, the type of food eaten td VS ntd, your weight will have fluctuations.

And when my friend was speaking about cravings she was speaking of salt craving; if your tongue is asking more salt, it means something.

I do drink myself 6L a day all the year round; and consume now 14gr of salt daily.

I have tried my best not to go over 12gr of salt daily, but that’s litterally impossible for me as everything feels without taste; and training is not the best either.

I just use myself sea salt, not pink salt or iode salt as I do eat a enough sea foods.

The body is quite smart at making itself the electrolyte balance, so make sure you consume enough salt in comparison to your fluid intake; and keep it consistent.
