I wouldn’t qualify expensive coaches as “premium” or “high level”
    They are just expensive coach
Imo the price of a coach has to worth it.
Problem with supposed “premium coaches” is that you pay more expensive for their reputation but they don’t often guarantee you they gonna take care correctly of you… that’s actually the opposite; they copy paste the plan and genetically gifted athletes will evolve; and other will not cause they need a more special attention to details; thing they will not have.
Results is one thing; but YOUR conditions matter!
If we take the bikini coaches exemple with hundreds of incredible transfos, super expensive, but we look deeper : they throw peds like smarties and diets are copy paste so ofc they clients will have results as the compounds are def not bikini 😂
But a good coach is someone who gonna be able to make decent evolution on natural people or less genetically gifted people; I would focus on this aspect.
My coach has lead me when I needed and he was no one; 120€ for 3 months but he was here andwering at any time, not pushing peds, compassionate and learning together the journey.
But when I have joined a “bikini olympian maker” I have paid 1,5 kidney price 😂 but I had no workout designed for me, poor diet, no rest days, almost no carbs and trust me; no results.
My advice: ask his clients; the one in the team still + the ones who left him before choosing a coach

    Hello mate…
Well; atm you explain them that they can’t expect the results of someone being 100% locked in… if they are ok with that well don’t invest too much emotions in it.
For that type of clients… let’s be honest : every coach goes a little depressed when they first experience this, and they seems to get 80% of people like this.
The more you get a bodybuilding coach image, the more this percentage decrease, but first years you start, you probably will get one perfext client out of 20/30
Some will me averagely enough and many many other will be more than mediocre, and also liying to you/to themselves.
You can always choose with who you wanna work for your peace of mind, even if it mean earning less money.
The easiest client is the one who does not make the ostrich and who is super clear about what he/she does.
The ones that gives headaches are the liars 😂 cause then you start to think you are a bad bad coach and nothing works.
Trust me they are tons of them.
    Even at the pro level.
Been so many times to seminars, sponsor tours, and 60% of the pro athletes cheat their diet and seems like, “whatever”, and lie on socials.
The percentage of people being 100% full year round even in off or holidays is super poor, so just take distance from this. Emotionnally.
But you will find some diamonds also, 1/2/3 into your career, those one who are dedicated all year round, never fail the plan, never complain AND have passion and ambition to keep going for years

For me you don’t have enough shoulders variations and not enough sets, I would increase the volume as this is an exercise where you can’t add insane weights anyway
I would make sure to have shoulder press and lateral raises yes but on top of this front raise and I would do rear delt right after shoulders exercises imo
For shoulders you need to watch your execution cause most of time, traps take the lead so if you can send us some link of execution please ? Same for triceps
Triceps imo I wouldn’t separate them by two biceps exercises.
Might be stupid but for triceps I pref to start with biceps exercises and then triceps exercises, than the opposite or bi-set bicep+triceps
    But
For the fact u are in deficit… i wouldn’t expect much progress if you are into a calories restriction… surplus is the key for progresses

    Hello everyone,
    Today fasted check-in
Incredibly happy : 59,2kg so 100gr less than last week, and less soft and less flat!
Despite the +24h travel by boat and car.
Did food shopping eatly this am, then draining massage, then glutes workout, and during the day the 7k steps have been done.
The feedback of my coach is that we are in advance due to the perfectly planed reverse of 9weeks (10 soon) and almost no thick fat tissues have been added so he does not want to change anything for now.
    Xx

    Hello mate
I would remove this exercise, I wouldn’t insist if one exercise makes you feel pain though
    Do regular other tricep movements

    Hello mate
Imo “cheat meal” in prep is not a good idea for digestive purposes
Much better a refeed day, so same meals as usual with more carbs, but carbs that your body knows already.
For some people only (big big boys) a cheatmeal with low volume food and higher quantities will be beneficial but for people with less muscle mass; not a smart choice.

Also input imo stays the same unless you are f*cked and the purpose of the free meal is to re-start the weight loss which has stalled.
But if the free meal or refeed is done in order to change the visual of the shape, I would keep the output, unless you are wayyyy too empty or dry
