    Growing phase is a growing phase and you will gain fat anyway, now we don’t want you OVER fat, so play with the output (steps/cardio) and play with your total macros/kcals and that’s it

    Basically I don’t know if my english is good enough to help in this topic, but the only thing I am sure about is :
    You can do fasted cardio in bulk and cut
    You can use gh in bulk and cut
    You can use Yohimbine in cut (not bulk)

    So if you are doing a growing phase, do your cardio fasted if you find benefits in it (wake up mentally; positive mood; digestive system have time to “wake up” before eating straight from bed) / or do your cardio after training if you prefer
    Use gh on the long run or don’t use it as you won’t see benefits for a short term use : but gh helps a lot for the body compo and beauty aspect of skin and hair
    Never used Yohimbine before, but not mandatory in cut imo, but same; do it if you find benefits in it why not.

    Hello everyone
    Very bad sleep this night : almost equal to none
    I am WIDE AWAKE with no sleep need at all (for now)
    Probably too much things in my head rn
    Not contest related but work related
    So woke up 5am and starting my day as a normal day
    Functional workout later today with also 8k steps to do
    Going to the post for shipping of my tees
    Food shopping also today as my sister and her boyfriend come for one week at our home

    Taking into account that majority of the time you will eat cold (personnally i don’t care ahah) and that veggies can bloat you during flight (i don’t know why but once I tried to remove them and that’s the only time I was not bloated onboard)
    Also scale is a must but once on board your scale will not work so make sure you weight your stuff in advance or in the boarding room.
    If your food is solid; they will let you go in without problem. The only trouble could potentially be at customs once your arrive if you still have some fresh food which does not match the country regulation (example one banana from France to Mexico) they can keep it and throw it.
    So make sure you don’t waste too much of your time and food taking too much fresh food with you, as once landed if you get stopped bu a dog at custom they can open your suitcase and say whatever bla bla banana bla bla 🤣

    In the case of tendinitis it’s often from your work/at home daily routine which can cause this

    Could be re inforced by execution at the gym but mainly that’s from daily repeated movement or position.
    I had two tendinitis (1 per wrist) and was cause of working on the phone with my thumbs all day long.
    Since I got physio done, dry needling and bought a tablet support for the phone; the problem is gone.
    It’s getting a little crispy or excited at end of prep when I am very very tired and I got more cardio / steps to do as I hold my phone and work without any support for phone
    Noticed that position to sleep played also a huge part in mines, I was litterally sleeping on my upside down hands with the wrist totally bent

    Hello mate, what kind of injury is it?
    Tendinitis? Break? Rupture ?
    Imo if it’s tendinitis you have to check your daily movements with your wrist and check a physio/do dry needling on top of peptides
    If it’s a break or rupture, ofc you need total rest and no grip at all

    Rest day today but my back and neck isn’t getting better lol
    So I have an appointment for dry needling now
    I gonna suffer jajaja
    Today full rest; opening of my online posing lessons for november ! Finally after taking a one month rest, I am back!
    Tomorrow I start my new training program so we have 4 workout days
    Twice glutes, once upper and one functional training lol

    Two options :

    * or you are allergic to one component of this hgh

    * or you are inflammatory atm

    Occured to me once when I was tired tired end of prep; and very inflammatory

    My husband changed the brand of his hgh and no problem anymore

    Try to do it into the lower back skin just to see if it’s same than belly

    Hello guys

    Been to the gym today and tried different exercises I was not doing since long time just to target better my weaknesses on the shape and update my husband for the new prog.

    Received all my packages same time today and been again to the post office for some t shirt shipping

    Cleaned all the garden and pool of my mom cause of all the leaves, take care of my mom dogs, been adding some food shop and did my steps also.

    Tomorrow rest day

    Anyway; it the shoulder now; but could be any other part of your body.
    We litterally ask to our body to carry tons of loads per week, we all have unbalances here and there; anatomical limitations; works that put our joints and tendons into some bad postures and repetitive gestures; the main reflex to get when smg is not ok is to stop straight until it’s fine.
    Cause you body works as a chain and one injury non treated will mess something else after, with time unfortunately we cumulate them, and they just add to the previous one, so stop and go check it asap

    Hello mate, rest until you find out the cause witjh a scan and a competent physio.
    Happened to me already 8 years ago, and seing my husband getting trouble for years (cause he just rested one week and keep training on top and now his problem became a lifetime problem) I freaked out and litterally stop training shoulders for a lot of weeks.
    I did good cause it never came back.

    Hello everyone
    Today been to the post office for shipment for my t shirts
    Then workout, very light and focused on the medium gluteus, but the left side is non responsive
    Been to the physio today for my stuck traps and lower back and spoke about this f*** left gluteus which seems totally disconnected from my body, even today with kickback of 5kg
    I am still trying to understand why
    I have tried everything, dry needling, pre activation, but everything seems to fail.
    Dry needling is amazing but just one session after the appointment; then it all disappear again and I loose the connexion.
    This gonna be again my challenge for this growth season!
    I have spoke with my physio and she tells me it’s a trouble of joints alignement, my hips are not aligned perfectly, my left knee is more rotated naturally than the other one, so she showed me some tips to connect better, so for me inside toes on the left leg for kickbacks, and the right leg nevermind as it’s working perfect as I do it.
    Now finishing my steps, and also starting to schedule my posing lesson calendar for november before launching the bookings online.

    Hello everyone

    Later update for today, but been quite busy so just before bed here are the news

    My coach answered to my feedback and we keep a super high diet

    8k steps per day from now on !

    Super pumped as I also got the new trajectory for trainings and we got around 6 months to change that !

    Basically my max gluteus is too big and medial gluteus too weak so we loose the good ratios between them for the glutes to look good on the npc bikini back shot.

    If one day i would have been told my glutes were too big lol i wouldn’t believe.

    But they are just too big on one part and too weak on the other part.

    So we gonna keep the same base of workout but we fonna remove the heavy coumpouds as they just keep growing my hips and my gluteus max which is my strong muscle on glutes.

    If I wanna improve the medium gluteus I really need a lot of intent to dissociate this one from the max gluteus, so it means accepting reducing the lifts, and working out differently.

    I gonna train tomorrow and let’s see if I can get this approach in practice correctly.

    Meanwhile i will wait for my new training prog.

    Yesterday free meal for my birthday celebration, a little bit of Amaretto, a lot of cheese and french typical dinner ahah

    A ball of water retention today 🤣 but at least it went into the gluuuuu before I say goodbye to them ahaha

    But imo find what works the best for you

    Using whey is not mandatory either

    You can have solid food other meals and replace whey for egg whites also
