Hello everyone
Got the feedback of my coach : we keep everything the same as the weight is dropping nice, so no reason to change smg which is working.
I will keep everything the same in my routine.
This morning stretching mobility vaccum and sauna, then freezing shower, breakfast then house care for a bit. Now just answering my clients dm and messages and then I gonna advance my steps a little bit and then pre workout and glutes workout !
Post workout I will do my 30min incline treadmill, I wondered yesterday if I gonna do yesterday my cardio or today but yesterday I needed to rest after my two posing sessions into my studio.
So it’s gonna be today.
Tomorrow full day of online posing lesson and 9k steps 30min liss again

Today stretch mobility vaccum routine
No sauna this morning
Just check-in fasted
63kg so 700gr less this week.
Super happy, since I forced myself going to bed at the exact same time and sleep the exact same amount of hours; it’s moving way easier and faster!
Super happy of the shape (I have made a post on instagram)
Today just rest day and 9k steps
With 2 posing lessons into my studio back to back.
Still wondering if I going to the gym tonight to make my 30min cardio or if I rest totally.
As my glutes sessions last 2 hours each time (saturday and tuesday) I would like not to do cardio after my saturday glutes session, cause I wanna rest more after it.
Let’s see what i decide.
Now currently doing some steps, I don’t have yet the feedback of my coach.

Hello mate, I use one waist trainer AWAY from any seated positions.
Cardio standing up ok
Steps okIf you expect it to make your waist smaller, it wont.
If you expect it to be a tool for a better posture and better breathing, so to preserve your actual waist and don’t make it any bigger, it will.I will insist on the need to also do vaccums everyday.
I wear mine everytime I have in a stand up position.

Hello mate, imo if your adductors aren’t weak, they work quite good enough on legs exercises when you got a deep range of motion.

Hello mate, you still have some more weeks to go, until skin is getting thiner than this, and belly/love handle zone is thiner in skin also.
I wouldn’t give diet advices for cruise cause that’s non into my competences field but my friends will answer you soon
Just know that after the cruise, slowly build up your kcals (+200/300kcals) from carbs, keeping pre and post workout the bigger carbs meals imo

Hello everyone!
Today stretching mobility and vacuum routine
Home sauna after followed by a freezing shower, and then full day of work on my online posing lessons, then 30min liss once finished.
Just came back now and currently finishing my 9k steps, only 1500 missing.
Tomorrow, upper body workout and 1 posing lesson into my studio after my 30min cardio
I will try to keep this routine everyday cause I feel it’s really making me feel great and properly woke up !

Using gh on the long term can make your thyroid tsh being on a rising pattern.
If there is no signs of rising, t4 isn’t necessary.
If there is; it’s better, OR drop gh.

Hello mate, totally agree with Clare here.
Her body needs to heal. I would NOT do a deficit, but a body recomposition first.
Light training first and VERY IMPORTANT, she has to do an MRI to check if she got a diastasis recti !!!! Can happen post pregnancy and the results will define the process later on.
First move for me is the MRI. She will need to strengthen pelvic floor anyway but if she got a diastasis; this could take 6months to 1year until being able to focus on weight training.
So confortable diet, physiotherapist regularly to help her with pelvic floor, hypopressives to help with inner abs, and MRI.Instagram : @allisontestu
