Hello mate, my husband got the exact same thing after breakfast; but lately in cut and even low carbs is doing the same on him.
So he works on the most intellectual stuff fasted in the morning for 1/2hours and then he eats
But you could try zero carbs until midday and priviledge intellectual stuff for the morning, and maybe more commercial/andwer to clients the afternoon while having carbs
Otherwise, me I do a lot of coffees lolInstagram : @allisontestu

It’s very person depending. Quite a few people don’t have very manual jobs and there biggest output will be through training.
Therefore they put more fuel to these days and less on rest days.
However if I have clients that have manual jobs etc they tend to eat the same on both days.
This makes tons of sense, I work a desk job so reducing calories on rest days would be the right move. Based off your experience with clients working desk jobs how many carbs should removed during rest days?[/quote]
The difference is in general 300kcals – 100kcals less
But it can be more or can be less.
I also do have higher fats on rest day than training day thoughInstagram : @allisontestu

Agree with the others, but also at 63yo, I would try something else and new not to have regrets.
My husband spent 10 years in muscle split, 2 years in push pull legs
Just switch recently to upper lower rest; and he told me that’s quite crazyyyyyy and his recovery is good honestly
So give it a tryInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello mate totally agree with Clare
I personnally do btw 12gr and 16gr salt per day, by the taste.
I also drink 6L per day all year, my body just ask for it.
Already tried to reduce both, and I was feeling frustrated.
Also been monitoring my minerals balance and with 6L and 12gr salt… my body is balanced.
So I can confirm what Clare said. Body knows what you need and when.
What could be interesting though would be to note at which moment you feel bloated on the face into your day.
Note the time, the day, after which meal/activity etc and do that everytime it’s happening
And try to see if there is a common thing between the moments.
Could appear also after a very heavy carbs meal or many other reasonsInstagram : @allisontestu

Also in prevision of the future : hydrate your skin very very often (2x / day) and drink enough water
Anything you can do to keep elasticity onto your skin : do it now
As you were overweighted a little on the mid section, we want to minimize loose skinInstagram : @allisontestu

What I would do NEXT is to add more steps and cardio to be able to keep your macros same.
But atm; if weight is still dropping; keep everything u do.
Next time weight is stuck, I would add more output.Instagram : @allisontestu

MemberJune 8, 2025 at 4:58 pm in reply to: 12-week Bulk progress – looking for feedback & adviceHello Kian, as answered into your other topic on the forum : growth season isn’t to look cute on the beach 😂
Growth season gonna look ingrate at some points; particularly your firsts growth season.
You are growing = investing into growth for the future you.
As Kuba said ; you will look good at your next cut.
And each year if you do a growth, each following year you will look better.
It’s not a fitness lifestyle : it’s body building.
If you wanna stay lean all year you gonna stay slim and dry.
If you wanna become a big man, you will look soft to get the density and size; but THEN you gonna look bigger and dryInstagram : @allisontestu
