    But please don’t weight everyday though
    You don’t need to do that.
    Once a week it’s fine.
    Everyday could lead to body weight obsession, and stress of not seeing weight moving OR weight gain, then weight loss, then weight gain is not helping your weight loss.
    Once a week it’s perfect.
    I would lower the carbs, if you are consistent in tracking your cardio, steps and diet.
    If you lack of consistency on steps and cardio or diet, (we never know) I would make sure you hit your output and diet target first.
    But if you do, yes lower some carbs. And weight next week.

    Hello everyone
    Today 30min fasted walk
    Bring my husband to the airport as he gonna compete this weekend in portugal at the national and just after the pro qualifier.
    Took me around 3h away from home.
    Then once back home pre workout and then glutes workout.
    Total house cleaning this end of afternoon,
    Washing machine for clothes etc
    And now gonna take shower and chill.
    Until next week in alicante; just got 3 days of work left.
    Sunday, monday and wednesday.

    Hello mate; first of all I would try to correct mood and sleep aspect.

    Make sure you cut screens, 2h before sleep, as well as work.

    Then I would add some Dream sleep tbjp before bed time.

    Now for the mental pressure you feel; I would add some SAFRAN in pills; I take it myself since 4 weeks as I do put the bar too high on myself for performance and also work.

    Noticed a switch into my mood and the way I handle life in general ; 1 cap morning + 1 cap evening and my mood isn’t the same as before ; like if I was still me; but with one cup of wine into the nose 😂

    The consequences to this are that I am more chill face to my own pressures, also external pressure, and also the things we can’t control.

    I advise u a lot this; as tbjp don’t have yet that product; I can advise you the one from Now Foods which is amazing.

    A more chill attitude will also complement a better sleep. And vice versa.

    Now for the headaches; this can be a burn-out start, as well as can be your health which needs to be checked.

    I would check : cortisol levels, blood pressure and why not make a full blood work panel at same time.

    Also I would make sure to consume enough fats as too low fats does not help either, brain fog etc.

    On top of this; as it could be many many things; I will advise u to change your work posture/tools for a more peacefull working zone.

    Just separating the space of work into a special room; will help you to disconnect while out of this working room; and on top of this maybe your eyes need a bit of rest from screens; so resting glasses, orange glasses could be awesome.

    That’s all the ideas I got when I read your words; so here some stuffs to explore

    Today check-in fasted
    58,2kg
    So increase of 700gr compared to tuesday
    Half poo; digestion very slow but the overall look is much better imo
    Softer which is good for bikini
    Waiting the feedback of my coach
    Also today as I feel a little tired, and I was supposed to workout upper today and tomorrow glutes, I have decided to rest today, train glutes tomorrow and upper saturday.
    I will focus on rest and work today.
    Tonight draining massage which gonna be super great as digestion is messed after a rest day diet with 113gr fats

    We don’t need to be enhanced to have health disorders
    Agree with hilly, lower fats can give brain fog if you were to get highest fats before
    Also reducing drastically caffeine can take some adaptation time
    Noticed that two causes on me in 2022
    But bloods were good, so check your bloods

    Hello everyone
    Full working day today on posing online lessons
    Also; feedback of my coach is that we gonna keep everything equal; he changed his mind.
    Next check in thursday. Tomorrow.
    I took my weight this am from my own initiative though; 57,5kg so 200gr less again.
    I wanted to control there was no huge weight drop.
    Now currently using a 45min break for my 30min slow walk and then back to work.
    Tomorrow checkin, posing lesson into my studio, workout upper and also lymphatic draining massage end of afternoon.

    I don’t do it often, but on sumo dl or hipthrust it’s very good imo
    But for arms i would n’t do it, if I was still training arms
    I prefer for hams / glutes imo than upper body

    Weight dropped again this am
    Lol
    Check in fasted,57,7kg
    So less 200gr despite the increase of diet
    That’s smg 😂😂
    I take no clen since weeks
    I don’t do cardio except my ritual 30min slow walk total per day (we keep it cause while in travel for the shows i will walk there cause obliged to, so it’s to keep the variables stable)
    My coach does not understand, i don’t either lol
    Eating 2600kcal high day
    2500kcal rest day much much fats
    Also my BG is 77 fasted
    So optimal as hell
    He said he will increase food again to keep it stable to stage weight 57,8/57,9)
    Today glutes workout
    And then 30min walk slow
    One posing lesson into my studio with an amateur wellness
    And now just chill

    Track with your eyes or in number of spoons
    When parents decide one thing, unless u have your own house, you can’t negociate much
    So eye track, spoon track
    And if you see a cookie or smg too buttery, say you don’t like anymore 😂 that’s all
