Now to take back the difference, unilateral work, more reps on the weak side, start with the strong side and force the weak to catch up, add a mobility stretching routine, correct your home activities and posture, and warm up with a lot of intention your weak side
This side is a mute side and you need to re establish the mind connexion and the purpose on the right, in but also out of the gym

Hello mate, origins can come from injury or the need to see a physio more often, and sometimes execution when you do bilateral exercises. Intention into the right side isn’t there or alignement of structure of your body isn’t there.
    Record yourself at the gym
    Check. Physio. Often.
And on top of this : daily activities emphasis this gap.
Exemple : bikini npc posing : we twist waist on one side only for the posing on front pose; if you don’t force the twist an equivalent number of time on the other side; you will create imbalances at the gym.
When i was posing both side for hips/waist twisting; i was proportionnal left and right.
When i started to pose only on one side for the stage; a gap started to appear btw my left and right side on all muscles.
You need to see if you don’t do smg into your life just alway on one side (sleeping also!!!!, laying and watching tv on the side etc) which could create this gap
If you did not injured yourself; cause i guess you did not as you said “entire body right side is different” then it’s from your home posture.
No matter what you do at home; make sure if you do on the left side; you balance doing it also on the right. Turning your neck, turning your lower back, crossing legs, sleeping etc etc

    Hello everyone
Today I took my weight fasted on request of the coach cause I have changed my way of tracking my steps yesterday and now that I can wear my watch again (no tendinitis anymore) I can go back to a more accurate way to track steps. I was tracking with my phone with an app and trying to move always with my phone but that was an average, and not accurate.
So wearing my watch yesterday I have discovered I was walking per day WAYYY much more than I thought, the watch was giving me 7k steps a day when staying at home without adding walk on the treadmill. So yesterday I did not added treadmill. This morning 57,3kg and half poo; so clearly not a huge difference YET on the weight, but I was adding 1h walk on treadmill as my phone before yesterday was giving 2000steps at home.
1/3 of what I was really doing almost.
My husband want to plan a deload soon and we gonna jump onto this occasion at the same time I gonna give a posing seminar in Lyon, France (bikini npc), this coming saturday.
Like this no need to improvise a session into a new gym on new machines etc.
Will rest for approx 1 week, it’s needed.
Today glutes workout with my husband, and he did legs ✨
Now we gonna finish a little steps outside together.

Thinking a little now since the answer I gave you; I remember thinking since 10 years (I started Bb 10 years ago) “why didn’t I started this discipline younger 😭 if only I found myself younger”

I think I started to live for real when I met bodybuilding. And the “teenage experiences” I live now with this sport makes me feel I have found myself at 25yo.

This may be the only regret I have, not finding myself soon enough to my own eyes.

Some people just feel 100% accomplished with this way of life, some people are more “balanced” (50/50), and some others live this as a lot of sacrifices.

    Hello Damian

Seen a girl not adding muscle/weight cause of a toxic relationship with her man. As soon as they broke up, her muscle growth has really started.

So stressful life has an impact yes, and on some people it can make you sleep less good, raise cortisol level, increase water retention and so on.

Mind has a huge impact on everything, and more than what we think.

So ofc make sure you don’t eat more than what it’s planned on the paper, but if you really stick to your output and diet; stress can make you soft visually yes

Now decrease of lifts… hum not directly, but bad sleep because of stress and so bad recovery can.

    Hello lovely;

Well you got to options, and no matter your age you need to really choose what makes u happy.

You can def enjoy vacations without eating

And some people can’t enjoy if they don’t eat

So depending on the person you are, only you know how you can enjoy.

Now with that being said :

If bodybuilding is a true passion, you can stick to a diet plan, and allow you 1 or 2 free meal a week, like this you will be into a good spot when you return. Cause reality of body building is : food is a way to reach goals, and not a reward of a good behavior.

And not eating is not linked with not having fun or not enjoying or not spending time with family.

You are young yes, but if body building is a part of you; I do believe it shouldn’t make any difference with the way you enjoy holidays.

Family will eat a pizza and you probably gonna eat cream of rice cause this is a choice which makes you happy.

Now if it does not make you happy… it’s exactly where the question is.

I personnally feel so happy to have a diet plan and I never wonder if I have to be free on diet for holidays or not except if my coach obliged me to.

But I can’t blame people who need to cut their routine to feel happier, no matter their age.

Now with 35 year old, when I remember my 16yo holidays, I remember only the moments I spent with my people, jetski, attractions, beach, long walks, sunset on the sand, hours chats, but I can’t remember a single moment with food to be honest 😂 so I do think your connexions with people around you is what makes you say (later) that you enjoyed your life. And with 1/2 free meal a week you can still experience nice foods though.

I know this will potentially not be the opinion of the others but I feel you can have other perspective to see you can choose any direction you want.

My only fear with too much freedom in holidays is that once back home after you regret those moments, and get bored of the process, and give up on body building cause the visual will not please you; or get “the impression” of need to redo everything.

Hope I gave you the two sides of the story enough for you to take the decision which makes you happy and that you will NOT regret 😍

It means reduced your physical stress and fatigue, and body has reacted pretty well to it !!
Increase in weight would have been a bad thing if you notice water retention.
But weight increase with more condition would mean more fullness and glycogen.
Weight same is a good thing
Weight drop is also a good thing
    Metabolism has increased a little

I know you mentioned self coaching but I would honestly invest in a posing coach. This will prove very useful for you to learn the correct cues and also understand the art of posing. Don’t leave anything to chance, especially if you want to present your physique to the fullest on stage

    Fully agree with Marc.
Solid bases and technical bases with someone who really knows his stuff and the division but also HOW to work with someone with a different shape than himself.
Then you get fly with your own wings for the character in your posing, or videos for the inspo of the “flow”
But technical poses and how to transition, we can’t learn by video, only someone with deep experience curriculum can teach you that for yourself

To be clear: I didn’t wave to another person who was in the middle of an exercise or had just performed it. This person was taking a break from a set and was just standing there on his phone. And I looked at this person, who had nothing to do anyway, and signaled to come over. I think the person was already about to come over anyway, because they themselves realized the situation was escalating.”

My english has its limits 😂
But I would shout even still, cause luckily he was not training and you either
But it could have been possible
Anyway; this is NOT a playground so i would tell them to get out
