    And if you are in deficit, let the weight drop average 500gr per week, if it drops more than this, increase kcals

    I understand your question but you are overthinking it.
    If you burn 250kcals or 400kcals in cardio, u don’t have to eat that everyday on top of your 3700.
    Just check in average on one week how the weight is going and that’s all.
    If it’s dropping quick, increase your kcals if you don’t wanna loose weight.
    If weight is stable but you wanna grow, increase your kcals a tad.
    And if u are in mainteance, if weight is stable well don’t change nothing.

    I mix the two dry powders with a spoon
    Then I add a little of HOT water (not boiling water)
    And I make sure it has the aspect of a paste (like nutella)
    And then I put to the fridge the day before eating.
    Once I eat it; it’s creamy soft and delicious.
    That’s my fav way to eat protein and cor

    Hello mate; must do no.
    It depends honestly.
    Some peeps are high carbs on all workout days no matter the muscle they are training.
    Some people got super high day on a weak muscle training day to catch up the gap.
    It’s not mandatory that this is happening as you said, it’s all person dependant.
    Lower calories with more fats on rest days is smg I do, but some people keep the same diet everyday and just remove their post-workout on a rest day.
    There are so many approaches; as said before; it’s person dependant.
    There is nothing wrong in what you do now.
    You could also get high cals on all training days, I would say same.

    Hello guys
    Today slept a tad longer than usual as yesterday evening I ended the day quite flat so I guess I needed more sleep though, and some mental disconnection today from socials.
    I have been to the gym this morning for my 30min elliptical and then went food shopping. This afternoon meal prep and finished packing up my supps and powders for the contest.
    Tomorrow I will finalize the packing of my suitcase also.
    Now currently doing my 30min walk on the treadmill.
    Then in one hour I got a massage deep tissue; so yes def today I need some “me time”.
    While I was doing food shopping today; my husband cleaned up all the house 🥹❤️ which is such pleasant once coming back home though. I know it’s tough, he don’t eat much as he does also the prep for the same show that I do; but his diet for a man is super low atm.
    Tonight I gonna take a bath; with epsom salt; wash my hair (it takes 2h they are soo long) and tomorrow gonna be check-in day for my coach.
    Feeling a bit bloated lately also; I should have had my periods two days ago; but they are gone; I am too lean now and with the anavar on top, they disappeared.
    Also the increase of fats might play on the bloat as well as hormons changing a little.
    We are two weeks out now.

    Hello everyone
    This morning 30min fasted walk
    Then check-in for my coach
    57,7kg so weight increased a little 800gr
    With all the food changes; that’s quite good.
    The look this morning is quite nice, I am still waiting his feedback (tonight probably)
    Then full day of online posing lessons, and tonight I gonna re check my luggages and start a list to make sure I don’t forget nothing.
    Tomorrow I will complete all the luggages and make sure everything is done.

    Unfortunately majority if the time when something does not work as the coach predicted it’s often because the client is doing smg without saying, clients of my husband same
    Will it be cheating the diet; increasing by themselves some dose of peds etc etc

    Cause for me 2 reps is not super for hypertrophy
    I would aim 8/10/12 and max 15 reps

    Some people got legs surgery to be taller but for me that’s a non sense and way too risky.
