Hello mate, i would run a maintenance for few weeks and then start a cut
1/ Basically I would cut a tad of carbs and fats here and then then add some daily steps to start.
2/ when weight will stall: then I would add some cardio keep the same reduced diet
3/ and then when weight will stall: then slowly increase cardio/steps and decrease carbs and fats again.
    And so on.
You have to take visuals of your shape / body weight one day per week fasted to track your look and progress into the cut.
Track your daily water and salt also for it to be consistent too.
I would also get a watch or an oura ring to make sure I track properly my output at work; then on days when I moved less; I would increase steps; and vice versa.

Hello mate, at the beginning of bb journey it’s always a bit complicated as not much muscles round there, so it’s less easy to feel.
But I assume you did not start yesterday, so I might bet on a lack of mobility and stretching.
I would see a physio if I were you and ask him to customize a “routine” for your rest days to gain back some mobility and body conscious

Hello mate, confirm us the values of measures of oestrogen, but fatigue can come from a lot of different things though
    – sleep length and sleep quality mainly
    – training
    – poor diet
    – work and external factors
    On top of hormons/vitamins/minerals.
So if you got more infos about the last topics we could help you to see clearer from where the fatigue comes from.
8 h of sleep is a good amount, but are you sleeping early, and do you have a peaceful sleep?
    What are your supps?
    What is your diet?
    What is your job?

    Hello everyone
Feedback of my coach: we reduce walk to 30min per day only
We increase the food on rest days, a little more carbs from fruits and bread.
I need to keep an eye on my weight everyday now, and update him if I got a big weight loss. Cause we are almost ready and we don’t want to lean down more than this.
    Next check-in on friday.
This morning nails appointment; then walk 30min outside with my husband into the sun
And full day of online posing lessons today.
Tonight podcast with beyondthestagetv from uk
    This is it 😍

Hello mate, I would bet on the form of your exercises.
Maybe the form of the exercise that cause u pain, do not allow you to feel good with an heavy load.
I would review the execution, record yourself and maybe send us.
The execution can be bad at the zone of the shoulder/elbow and I am sure that’s why it’s painful

Hello again mate; depends on the owner of the gym; some are passionate bb, some are just marketing guys, tell him this is hurting and the machine need an updated pad
And if he does not care, you can buy some mousse pads on amazon, and use them whenever and wherever you feel the need to, can be useful also maybe on other movements

    Hello mate, no no no
Keep the structure of your eod fb
It’s like it is; otherwise later you will feel fatigue and then you will think you need to change something and that’s not the case.
If you want to grow; keep the structure settled
Don’t add nothing, don’t delete nothing
    We need a 100% not 99% or 101%
The only 101% we chase is the intensity at the gym when into your sets

    Hello sir,
As kerry asked, can you give us a little bit more details ?
Also, it’s true that weight can be stuck for some time and suddenly drop, and most of the time when this happen, that’s because the person had a much improved rest and less fatigue overall.
So I would suggest you to check the quality of your sleep / recovery / emotional levels
And if everything seems to be fine, then you can increase the output, cause I see you got a very active job, but do you do cardio/walks-steps on top?
It’s possible that you will need to add some cardio, and track your output at work to stay the most accurate possible daily.
Oura ring, or a watch can do that, if you are not allowed to wear a watch at work, oura ring can be great or a watch at the ankle also.
It’s also possible to reduce food, but I will first try to track daily your output, and then put in place some cardio here and there.
