    Hello guys
    Feedback from my coach : refeed today.
    So been getting :
    1/ 3 eggs + 120gr baguette
    2/ PRE: 65gr cor + 35gr iso + 8gr almond butter
    3/ POST: 65gr cor + 35gr iso
    4/ 150gr basmati rice (cooked) + 80gr chicken (cooked) + 50gr broccoli + 5gr olive oil
    5/ 160gr basmati rice (cooked) + 100gr lean fish (cooked) + 100gr broccoli + 5gr olive oil
    6/ 30gr protein of my choice + 7gr fats of my choice

    Today was glutes workout, my husband (trainer) doesn’t want me to increase the weights from here, as fatigue and end of prep; risk of injury is higher and my lifts starts to be quite heavy for me though; so he wants me to keep the same lifts but improve the tempo and work slower.

    Protocol remains the same, recap:
    2ui gh fasted
    60mcg total clen per day
    5mg anavar per day (started tuesday; at 4,5 weeks out)

    Cardio remains 2x30min elliptical per week
    Slow walk remains 1h 7/7days

    6L water same. Salt by the taste ; might be around 12gr smg
    I will start to calculate my salt from now on to have fix values to refer to; will be useful for the end of prep (in case).

    This afternoon food shopping

    Posing lesson into my studio for 1h with a wellness athlete

    And now doing my 1h walk.

    Overall super happy of how things are rolling.
    Tomorrow we check again with my coach to see post-refeed.
    I will keep u updated.
    And tomorrow full day of posing classes online.

    Hello everyone
    Check in this morning
    58,1kg so 900gr drop since monday
    Coach said tomorrow refeed but he gonna give the real feedback tonight with the diet
    Tomorrow gonna be glutes day
    I have posted the pictures and video in story on Instagram @allisontestu
    Been training upper body today, no pump litterally 😂
    Food is not high since monday but I thought (by the feelings) that I was higher than that actually cause I feel awesome lol
    Td 1480kcals
    Ntd 1415kcals
    More carbs than fats on td
    More fats on ntd
    But I am not super active either… I mean, 2 real workout per week and only isolation for glutes and one general upper body workout is not super intense though
    Bikini is bikini.
    Now currently doing my 1h walk on my treadmill

    Then if a tad out of shape, diet down

    Even if i forget to mention it everyday
    Then shower / breakfast
    And full day of online posing lessons like every wednesday
