Just for you to get a testimony, i was starting to get sick (painful throat) few weeks ago, I have increased my vitamin D3k2 and 3g vitamin C and in 3 days no more painful throat without medicines.
My diet was still balanced and variate with veggies and fruits, and I was already consuming 6 pills omega per day; I have stayed on top of my hydration and salt and basically this is it.
I am rarely (almost never) sick since I make sure getting an optimal nutrition and the right vitamins in place.
I don’t know nothing about glutathione; but my friends seems to really like it so I would have a look as I am curiousInstagram : @allisontestu

Hello everyone
Today full day of work on my video of posing corrections
Much clients this month so basically i did not breathe at all. From this am to now,
Did my 30min elliptical and 40min walk in between. And just coming from a quick food shopping cause I did not have chicken and sea scallops anymore.
Now I can rest a little.
This morning i have also made my check-in for my coach : 59kg so 200gr less this weekend.
And could have been more than this cause the weekend has been hugely stressful, not at all what we were expected to be fair.
But all the plan has been followed perfectly as usual.
Waiting the feeback of my coach; but i stary getting hugely flat so let’s see.
Still no androgen in place and we are 4,9 weeks out, super happy of this though.

A variate diet can help into getting a better microbiote, and so on a better immunitary system.

My opinion is that : there is no “training for” natural people vs enhanced people.
That’s maybe why it hasn’t been marketing much more than that…
Frequency volume intensity recovery enough food is the way any athlete should train/act.
Speaking about “training for a natural athlete” for me does not make sense.
The body response is of course not the same/not at same rate for a natural athlete than for a non natural; but to maximize growth for both it’s the same though.Instagram : @allisontestu

Hello mate; I would make sure that fats intake stays for majority of the time over the baseline needs;
But when it comes to creating a deficit, for a BB contest; litterally there are many ways to do this; and it’s very individual.
I would still make sure to keep the minimum for health reasons; but sometimes there is no choice going under the baseline; so I would make sure it does not last long either.Instagram : @allisontestu

Well arrived yesterday at 0.30am
Now going to fasted walk with my husband for 40min
Then shower breakfast and him workout + me elliptical 30min at the gym.
Then shower and then wedding.
All the afternoon and evening will be for the wedding ceremony, with closest relatives of my father (20 people not more).

Hello mate; on one side I wanna tell you that YES it definitely affected a lot of things.
On the paper; everyone is different; so science is great but of you just stick to science… you might never progress as much as if you know what works on yourself.
People are not here speaking for make the sport better most of the time; they are just speaking to show that they know more than x y or z.
But also on the paper; they are majority of them super small.
If u wanna grow; find a friend who is legit big and follow him to the kitchen; to the gym; and do what he is doing; and I am sure you will progress even more than seing reels on IG and trying to put science into application.
