This is awesome – especially with the high days – so right now 2 high days then a string of low days? How low are your low days carb wise ?

Really good read this. With stacking Reta & clen together, are you noticing Much of a HR increase?

Push today , body feels good !

Just tidying things up a little with the GH into just 2 pulses at the areas that allow for max Insuljn resistance offsetting , pre workout and during the night . The third then being post workout but I’m not using that window atm while using igf .

I’m making these adjusts based on tracking fasted GB and trying tj keep it as low as I can by consolidating / moving around GH , as it’s that which drives IR ( insulin resistance ) up

So fasted BG today 4.3 nmol/l – very good !

No am gh , 12 iu Lantus with meal 1

Pre workout meal will have 6iu fast insulin with jt , 30 mins later , 1 bottle gh ( So my GH are 10-12 iu , some are 10/11/12 , that’s how it goes with Chinese stuff ) .

Start trainjnf and sipping Intra and then 20 ish in , 1.5iu fast .

We know that 12 iu gh is going to impede glucose uptake hard ! Muscle contraction and glut 4 will over ride a lot but defo not all , and that’s where making sure adequate fast is in the vicinity of bolus GH doses .

I’m not sure about the mega doses of insulin Milos advocates . I am unsure if the physiology supports the idea that mega doses will be more anabolic , from my understanding of how those pathways work, it doesn’t , but equally he will of seen something of Merit in it with his guys . So how that looks is you move an even larger proportion of your carbs to the wo perimeter to support insulin of 25iu pre and post . I did thah with him and it works ! But I think it also comes with its own issues and ability to increase visceral fat storage due to rapid declines in IR at those doses . So I’m happy with my 6 and 1.5 for now

Post just igf lr3 , I will check BG here to see if any fast insulin is needed too , if the shake has seen me run high as the GH pre did a job on offsetting that storage and I didn’t quite cover it with enough insulin , I know to take a touch more next time as I want those intra carbs being pulled in and used , them being in the blood is useless!

No more GH rest of day , and then 1 bottle again during the night

That is the cleanest way to run 20ish iu gh a day possible , without a ton of insulin needed which will see IR drive up over time

I plan to run this 12 ish weeks and monitor bG at diff points to assess how far my IR is sliding as it will take more insulin to dk the same job over time when combined with GH

So if you hear someone say, insulin in of itself doesn’t increase IR as diabetics don’t need to up the dose always . Remember the clear counter argument , we are taking the insulin as it’s the GH causing the IR , over time the continued exposure to that GH and insulin will see a decline in IR further and need more insulin . That’s when we re jig again ( go all night time shot ) , while we re gain IS ( insulin sensitivity )

Hope this all helps explain my thinking . I’m not outsourcing this info, it’s all my own from working with Milo’s and then tweaking my own ideas based on understanding IR and IS .

The cool part here is we have reta and the mito stack working hardddd in our favour , so we need less insulin to do the same job which means more GH for longer – WIN!

This is such good info, with your mito stack ‘peptides’ do you split that up or take all AM?

hey Jordan, really good updates on the peps/potency, prior to the reta did you ever try the pens? that have been floating around at all? i personally tried the pen vs powder, and find the powder A lot more stronger, i think that’s due to the stabilizers used in the pen, did you have experience with both or just straight onto this?

Heya buddy I’m defo redoing the GH stack now I have a source that is testing everything as for me the visceral fat part is so so key .

The mots c and 5 amino at high doses make a big difference on it too , and once fuel and carbs are there you can push those much higher , yday I did 2mg mots and 1mg 5 amino and felt awesome because of a macro rejig and adding a few more carbs , my plan is get to 4-5mg / day mots at peak push / food with 2-3mg 5 amino , plus the tesamorelin , and then hit the aod hard on the way back down again 🙂

Absolutely epic to be honest. AOD is fantastic too so will be interesting to see your findings/progress with all things being in the mix. the post is very helpful thank you

Hi Jordan, really enjoying this thread, i myself am having great success with the peptide front of things, especially SLU/RETA/MOT-C…
have you utiilsed CJC/Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin in the past? did you find them to be effective/worth while or not worth it…
i thought Tesamorelin was interesting down the fact of its ability to reduce visceral fat.. wondering if you had that experience if you used before?

being a Muslim myself, Ramadan is easy to maintain. i usually use it for fat loss tbh.
so when i go back to eating more regularly , training hard again, especially if peds are involved i grow quicker and respond better…

    4 meals — protein / carbs / fats / fruits
    intra shake with some carbs
have some coconut water between meals/or some additional electrolytes.
scale training back to every other day, or no more then 2 days on….

can train pre iftah or post… i prefer post , purely due hydration levels… i usually stay up
for example 6pm to 5am, ill just reverse my day around.

remember this month is about deen, and very lucky were a live to see another ramadan.
keep faith, train and focus and you will be fine

Pretty long day today. Sitting here now feeling trashed. I really don’t enjoy non training days. With my first 2 meals being 0 carb meals and only having 5 meals total to eat it does make the day v difficult. 5 meals on a training day is fine as i am in the gym for near on 3 hours so that’s a big part of the day where I’m not thinking of food and I’m busy training. Then I have a pwo shake and that stems me for another hour. But rest days I need to fast until like 12-1pm and then try and eat every 3 hours after. Which is wank lol. It’s also way more difficult to get cardio in and steps as in use rest days to catch up on work so I’m sat down alot which means big efforts to get output done as there’s no indirect steps etc. anyway I’ll stop moaning and go to bed haha. 96.4 today. 0.5 off Thursdays refeed weight which I imagine to be off tomorrow or latest Tuesday. We might make this the last one and allow a bigger drop with longer time between feeds to really seal condition due to potentially jumping into Spain in 4 weeks. I think there’s around 2-3kg to come off so will need to push a bit to get it off. But we will see. Nothing set in stone as of yet.

reading this prep, makes you realise how hard you need to push !

with your 5 meals per day, was your post workout shake just from whey protein or did you add some carbs in that too?

5 days into this rapid fat loss phase and we are already 2kg down which is crazy! I think i said it in a log before this one but the calorie deficit is pretty mental on this tidy up phase but it is doing the trick.

I trained some shoulders today along with abs and cardio. i am killing time this week really as i have had a bit of forced de load due to a few niggles in my back so i’ve not been able to smith machine squat or split squat as heavy nor deadlift. I wanted to give myself a bit more time than necessary as i don’t like messing with back recovery and too much time is always better than too little.

Hey kiera hope your well? just a question are you still running this RFL? you said about your calories being 1900/1500 approx, how did you approach these calories macros wise?

    thank you
