Really good leg session this evening, got stuck into some lower rep work (relative to lately) on hams and glutes, with higher rep still focussed on the presses.

Arms tomorrow, then resting on Friday ahead of a weekend of sessions.

Just about to sort last meal and then I’m asleep.

    Big pull session this evening.
Really happy with how this is progressing now. Connecting nicely with the movements and getting weekly progressions dusted.

Sorted food prep for tomorrow , one meal left before bed and then sleep

    Leg day tomorrow 🙌🏻

I was going to ask the same as Nath. Any flushing Niacin can bring this around. Does anything you’re taking contain it?

Rested today after yesterday’s push session.

Pull lined up for tomorrow, meal prep is done, one feed left tonight and then it’s sleep.

  • Hi mate

Some good recommendations from the team, but I’d be looking at trying to sort the cause of the issue rather than mask it with a supplement

It might be a case of you just resetting your cycle, which will come with doing it more frequently

Are you being disciplined with sleep?

Really good push session this afternoon, starting to feel strong on everything but the pressing…. That’s going to take some recovering, but my body is playing ball at least

Food prep sorted for tomorrow which will be a rest day

One more meal left this evening, then sleep

Agree with Clare here mate. If you’re tracking accurately, this needs to increase.

The good news is, it’s not complicated, just about accuracy and consistency

Had a rest day today, but it has been BUSY!

Just picked myself up from falling asleep on the sofa, so it’s last meal now and then sleep

    Big push session tomorrow 💪🏻

    Hi mate

Your logic is sound. You’ll likely find quite a natural transition from split to split, but having an understanding of principles is helpful.

    Hot hot hot!!!

Leg day was a lot, but it was decent.

Operating in the high reps on the pressing, just not in a position to load at the moment …. It is what it is, but there’s always a way.

One meal left tonight, rest day tomorrow, but a busy one .

Hi Tobias, I would look to add an additional leg movement to each of the sessions.

If you are progressing well, I’m not sure there’s a need to shift the set up, just add the additional leg movement and see how that impacts things.

I typically don’t like changing too many things at once as it’s hard to then understand the impact of each, so that would be my start point, you can then look at work sets across the board if you still have capacity to increase volume.

    Hi mate

I think you need to be going every other day, trining consecutive days on a full body split is not going to allow full enough recovery

If you have the equipment to allow it, I’d probably want a third rotation in an ideal world as well.

As for what is right and wrong, a lot of that will depend on your needs, and tailoring the set up to bias any imbalances (if you have any at this point)

Otherwise it will largely be a case of selecting movements you connect with well and can progress consistently.

Be mindful of your recovery, learn to take sets to the end, and lift with excellent tempo and execution

Really good push session this evening.

Not a lot to report other than reps and loads are creeping up and my joints liked me today.

Just sorted tomorrow’s food prep and about to put my steak on.

Pull session tomorrow which I’m looking forward to.
