    I’ve rested today, much needed!

Just sorted my food prep for tomorrow. One more meal for tonight, but struggling to keep my eyes open on the sofa, so we’ll see how this pans out!!

    Hi mate

Please don’t get overly consumed by which split will get you where you want to be more quickly, in reality, the difference will be small

Which will get you excited to get after it? Chances are, that’s a good option.

Arm session done, and a much needed rest day tomorrow

Food prep is done, and one meal left for this evening.

Looking to get an early night, I could do with the additional hour!

You’re right not to be rushing the push up mate, there’s definitely sense in slow sustained progress, minimising accelerated fat gain.

What is your start point looking like? Do you want to post some pictures to get opinion on whether you should roll straight into the push up, or whether a leaner start point would be of benefit.

    Excellent leg session this evening.

I’ve been up and down with movements tht have allowed me to crack on, this evening’s session had no inhibition at all

Trying the other variation of my leg session on Thursday, and hoping that has me lined up and ready to go

Meal prep is done, just cooking my steak and then it’s sleep

Arms tomorrow and then a rest day on Wednesday

    Hi mate

As the gang have said, loads of priceless video tutorials/explanations on here, but if you want something mapped out, the ebook is your best bet!

Very very good pull session today. The best session I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Everything felt great, no niggles, just full out effort.

Just on with meal prep, one more meal tonight, then sleep.

Yep. Agree with Clare here. Jordan’s YouTube, Kuba also has one on his.

The ebook is also available with splits and session templates. Lots of resources from good sources to help get you started mate.

Decent push session this afternoon, although still not what I’d consider a success.

One more meal left this evening, then sleep
    – pull day tomorrow

Clare has sorted glutamine for you.

I’d increase your EAA if you can justify it, ideally swapping for MPS Max. I’d also switch out the dextrose for a cluster dextrin or vitargo product, it will be far far kinder on your gut.

Lastly – Take the Vit C well away from training

    Leg session done

Bought myself some Russian style knee wraps, I didn’t want anything as heavy as powerlifting wraps, but needed something a bit more than sleeves.

Really really pleased with how they felt on my pressing

One meal left tonight, busy weekend ahead, but push and pull sessions to look forward to

    Hi mate

I think this will largely come down to your ability to recover.

If you have parallel training goals (boxing) it may help you balance overall training load.

It may though stall your progress if you can’t get enough stimulus to allow progress

I think there’s absolutely no harm in giving it a run, and if need be you can shift your an upper/lower.

Little arm session dusted. Joints feeling good, everything nicely connected with, and not a session that wipes me out so nicely fresh for legs tomorrow

Food prep and one more feed, then an early night is the plan.

    Hi mate

I agree with Maddy, I think this is sound as a structure, so time to crack on.

Time will tell if you need more volume for any one particular muscle group, but in respect of your chest, you have the smith press on Delts day and the dips for triceps that will carryover additional pectoral work.

Your execution, intensity, consistency, progression and recovery will be what makes or breaks this from here.

    Rest day today guys

I’ve been on a course all day which has been draining mentally, but I’ve barely moved so no excuses not to be fully recharged for tomorrow’s session 💪🏻

Food prep still go do and two meals left to sink this evening

    Arms and calves tomorrow
