I agree with Kuba mate, I’d be upping this, and there’s little sense to a stand alone 5g EAA serving, that’s not going to stimulate MPS, so what’s it for?
Either bump that up, or miss it completely and add the 5g to your intra

Really good pull session this evening.
Everything is creeping up nicely, with some things jumping more than creeping!
Food prep sorted and just cooking last meal.
Resting tomorrow and then back in on Thursday

Agree with the gang here. Cream of rice is about as easy as it gets to digest – not to mention there are about 1,0000 flavours now on tbjp nutrition!

Rest day today.
Shoulders feeling ok after yesterday’s push session which is good news.
Sorted all of my meal prep for tomorrow. One meal left then an early night. Big pull session tomorrow

Hi mate
I’m echoing a lot of what’s already been said. Definitely need to consider time available, but for each workout, and number of days per week.
Then look at what you can recover from and how that fits with your frequency.

Good push session today after yesterday’s rest
Couple of tweaks but feel nearly there with the set up
Leading with isolation for chest, Delts and tris seems to have helped get everything “warm” and ready to go
Just sorted food prep, nearly time to get set for catching up on UFC, one more meal and an early night

Hi Tobi
How have you started? How long have you been doing this set of movements, how are they set up? How are you progressing?
Have you watched the educational videos on the site or Jord’s YouTube ?
Learning some of this for yourself will put you in better stead than asking others to do it for you mate

Fortunately I’ve woken up with knees feeling good this morning, so hopefully no lasting damage done from yesterday’s session
I have a rest day today, few bits of life stuff that needs doing and then working this afternoon/evening
Push session on the cards for tomorrow so a good sleep and then attack that

This could set you up well for a barbell variation over time?

Massive progress mate, a lot to be proud of there!
Do you have pics you can put up or IG handle?

Rubbish leg session this evening.
Knees just aren’t having this second set of movements, I’m going to have to circle back to a single set of movements
Try try and try again…..

Arm session this evening.
Need to get these things growing
Just sorted my food prep for tomorrow, about to cook my last meal, then it’s legs again tomorrow 💪🏻

Hi mate
If your CNS was fried yiur lifts would be stalling.
When you say you need to devolume at 5wks, is that because you are stalling, or because you’re tired of it?

Rest day today. Won’t be sorry to see the heat ease tomorrow.
One meal left this evening, food prep done. Early night and on with an early start tomorrow
