Legs today.
Absolutely brutally hot, not much fun, but equally lots of fun.
High rep work, much kinder on my knees, probably going to have to be the way for a while
Resting tomorrow, all my food prep is sorted, just about to cook my last meal, then attempt to sleep!

Hi Alan
If you want to develop your legs, there’s lots of evidence to suggest that training one leg will provide bilateral transfer and provide benefit to the recovering limb.
If you’re not interested in developing your legs, that’s of course a personal choice and a whole different scenario

Rest day today
Typically British I know, but I am not enjoying the heat!
Sorted meal prep for tomorrow, one meal left now this evening and an early night – no doubt double fans on the go!

Hi mate
Agree with Clare here, don’t rush your weight gain once you have found maintenance
If your output (cardio and steps) are high, remember they can be manipulated too.

Much better session today, thank fffff for that.
Very enjoyable pull session after two very frustrating sessions in a row.
Everything felt good, everything moved well, everything progressed so I’m very happy
Just sorted food prep for tomorrow, and sitting down now for a bit of quiet time before my last meal and sleep
Resting tomorrow, then back in on Tuesday for legs

And thank %#*@ a good session after two very frustrating ones
Really enjoyed today’s pull session, everything moved nicely, everything felt good, and everything progressed
Just done with sorting tomorrow’s food prep. One meal left this evening and finally sitting down for some quiet time
Resting tomorrow and then back in for legs on Tuesday 🙌🏻

This is such a balance.
Recovering super well but making no progress isn’t much use (assuming progress is the goal!).
So if your stimulus is resulting in you not progressing, but you’re feeling fresh as a daisy, you probably need to rethink.
If however you’re nice and fresh and making good progress, you’re in an envious position, make the most of it mate!!

Well that wasn’t much better. Shoulders being absolute divs today, so another frustrating session
That said, some wins, some good movements in there, and they will be progressed nicely over the coming weeks
Now lots of feeding for the rest of the day

There are thousands of members mate, I don’t think Jord will be able to get to everyone
My suggestion would be to put together a few lines of “why you” and send it over to Jord. I would mention that you are a member of the site also.

Shite leg session this evening – knees being an absolute div. NOT a happy meathead.
Push tomorrow, I’ll be less sulky at that point 😤

I agree with Marc here mate.
You take the deload when fatigue builds to a point that it is inhibiting progress.
Your approach post deload sounds sensible.
Unless fatigue build to an inhibitive state unreasonably quickly, it’s pretty for the course.

Hi mate
Any chance you can put this through a translator app so it comes out in English please?

Good arm session this evening
Now just sorting food prep for tomorrow along with tonight’s final meal
Then it’s sleep ahead of legs 2 tomorrow

Hi mate
Worth noting the new “clear whey” that will soon be coming out will be entirely lactose free, and likely a really good option to help digestive comfort here
