Arm session done and ticked off.

Meal prep all sorted for tomorrow along with supps.

One meal left this evening and an early night on the cards, I’ve simply not been getting enough sleep lately and that needs to shift quickly

That’s me through all of my new sessions so now have numbers to work to.

    Time to get strong

Louis, how did this go? Have you made the upper/lower switch? How’s it panned out?

Density day (or version of it) tiday

Very simple session, but hard and honest work

    Sumo stance paused leg press
    Barbell row
    Snatch grip RDL
    Seated calf

This will be waved. Today was 4 x 15’s. LOTS of work to do, very humbling

One meal left tonight and then sleep. Arm session tomorrow evening

Yesterday was a very good push session. I’m consistently able to work on some high incline pressing is really novel

Ended up being a very busy day, and fully expect today to be similar

Meal 1 just going in now

I really don’t understand your questions but in your workout use either the eaa as your amino

Source or the MPS you don’t need to have both in your session

no but what is the difference here? mps max peak amino and eaas?

does it make any difference or not[/quote]
Had the thread helped Albin? Is there anything else you need from us to help?

    Hi mate

Pain/discomfort is almost always a really good guide

If you can do something without either of those things, you’re probably good to go

Don’t be a hero though, be really honest with yourself about what irritates it and what doesn’t.

    Really good leg session today

Managed to belt squat with no issue, it’s fascinating how such a little thing can bring such disproportionate glee 🙄

Meals and a bit of work, then some chill time this evening is my plan

    Push day tomorrow

Hi mate – how did this end up? Is the issue resolved?

Amazing back session today, really really enjoyed it

Bodyweight holding fast at 140kg now, it’s a decent spot for me for this to be a norm

Got some food in the oven and a relatively chilled evening ahead which is welcome after a very high paced period of work

    Legs tomorrow

Arms this evening, super long day and a late session, but enjoyed it and made some good progressions

One meal left and then it’s sleep for me. Got a back session late afternoon tomorrow

Bodyweight is nicely down about 6kg now and holding steady.

    Hi David,

I’m with Kam, I personally prefer to judge how I’m feeling

When I was strength training it was different, I would schedule them

Look for signs of fatigue and use progress in the gym as one of those markers.

    Rested up today

Just sorted tomorrow’s food prep and supps ready for my back session

One more meal left this evening, then an earlier night.

I’ve been pushing too much lately with work and sleep has not been where it needs to be. Very much looking forward to the long weekend

Agree with Kuba, I can’t see any good reason for picking a straight EAA product over MPSMax

Really good push session this evening

Shoulders wry much doing what was asked of them which is a better spot to be.

Just sorting food prep for tomorrows rest day, then it’s sleep time
