Hi mate,
How did you get on here? What did you opt for, and how did it work out for you?

Really good push session late this evening
3 x tricep
2 x delt
2 x chest3 work sets for each of the Tri movements, 4 each for the delt and chest exercises.
Essentially conditioning at the moment as working straight sets in mid-high rep ranges.
Just about to sort food prep and my last meal, then sleep ahead of tomorrow’s pull session.

Hi mate
Take a look at the full body sessions in the education session, and on Jord’s YouTube channel
Do bare in mind that you will need to consider movement choices that don’t compromise your back issue, so be smart and realistic about what you can and cannot programme.

Rest day today and it’s flown by!
I’ve sorted tomorrow’s meal prep, I’m just about to cook my final meal, then it’s straight to bed!
Push day tomorrow which I’m really looking forward to.

I’d echo Kuba. Upper lower to get you back in the flow.
In addition to the videos Meg has shared, Jordan has set up videos on his YouTube channel, and you have the education section on here to work with
By all means post your split when you’ve had a go and we can take a look for you

Hi mate,
Agree with Marc.
Looks a solid outline, but don’t try to commit to 12months of this until you e had opportunity to feel it and tweak it.
Commit to the principle absolutely, but make good decisions from the feedback you get, and you’ll be best placed to make sustained progress.

Brilliant leg session today, super happy with it, worked really hard across the board with no inhibition from my knees
Prone leg curl
SL leg press
Quad stance leg press
Squat stance leg press
Ham hypers
Glute hypers
Standing calf
Seated calfSorted all my meal prep for tomorrow’s rest day.
One meal left tonight, just sitting for an hour with some tv before an early night.

Back on track, good pull session today, feeling much happier, amazing what a few hours in the gym can do!
Just getting some food ready, a few meals left today, and the RWC final 😍

Hi mate
I think this is a really personal and individual thing.
When you started working with your coach, I would have expected there to be some commitments and expectations discussed.
Whether you are dissatisfied with the level of service you are receiving, or whether you feel there is no longer a need for this in your life anymore, I would encourage you to have a conversation with your coach to explain where you’re at.
Ultimately, you know what your objectives are, and whether having a coach will “make your boat go faster”.

This has been a mess of a week. Looking forward to getting a good sleep tonight and then training tomorrow afternoon

What makes you think you need to reduce volume from your quad training?

What happened here mate? How have you been getting on. Either with or without the coach? What did you opt to do?

Got my sessions mixed up, it was push today, which was pretty good, shoulders are behaving which is always the biggest plus for me on push sessions
Just got my food sorted for tomorrow, now about to sort my last meal
Legs tomorrow (definitely not today 🙄)

Rest day today, leg session on the cards for tomorrow
Food all prepped and sorted for tomorrow, just getting my last meal of the day sorted now and I’ll be getting some sleep
-
Fully agree with Clare here, really solid explanation
Only small and obvious addition being that you will likely have different set ups for training day and non-training days
