Session done late this evening, food prep sorted for tomorrow, last meal about to go in and then sleep for me

Hi mate
How much training have you done?
Personally, I would just run two or max three rotations if you’re going every other day unless you’re a pretty seasoned lifter
You’ll end up having too long between repeating movements is my personal view.

Better, but not yet perfect pull session
Good Lord the gym was busy. SO busy. To the point I think I will switch training days to avoid a Monday evening
Just sorted my meals for tomorrow, about to get my last meal for tonight and then sleep.
Most importantly. CAMMO RANGE IS LIVE!!!!!!!

Hi mate
Echoing the team, although you have explained why you have chosen this split, please give us some background into your training age and experience.

Really good push session today following yesterdays rest day
Two delt, two chest, three tricep movements. 4 sets for each chest and delt movement, 3 sets for each of the tri ,
I’ve sorted meal prep for tomorrow and have one meal left tonight before an early night
Pull session tomorrow, which was awful last time around, so excited to hit it.

Take a look at it post diet mate. The diet should keep you laser focussed, and you k know where you are with recovery and performance on this split which will be helpful going into the deficit.

Hi Scott,
How has the deload gone?
What’s your intention with your bodyweight? Do you intend to bump up a weight class?

Rest day today which has been needed
Looking forward to training tomorrow, but pleased of the rest today.
Picked up my new TBJP clothing, genuinely absolutely nailed it, AGAIN!

Really good leg session this evening. High rep sets across the board, knees continuing to feel good so I’m happy.
Resting up tomorrow and picking up my new Cammo TBJP clothing that’s being held hostage at the post office.
One meal left to eat, then sleep

Hi mate
I don’t think I’d take that for an answer, it doesn’t sound like there’s a lot of substance to that!
I’m definitely not qualified to give a diagnosis, but do you have any issues with your ears? This can often throw your equilibrium off.
See another doctor mate and get to the bottom of it.

Pull session today and an absolute bag of *****
Getting my last meal in and then getting go sleep to make sure tomorrow’s leg session is more positive!

Hi Luc,
What’s driving the change? Are you just running out of interest in the current set up?
If you’re still progressing I wouldn’t be too hasty mate. It won’t always be so easy to come by!

Really good push session this evening
Very happy with my shoulders, they’re holding together nicely at the moment
Just sorted my meals for tomorrow, and now getting my last meal ready.
Got a pull session lined up for tomorrow which I’m looking forward to
Just a heads up – the new clothing is close!

Hi mate
I don’t think either are “wrong”.
I would probably prefer to make the meal larger, have a two hour gap before training, arriving at the gym have your EAA, sip your carb drink through the first half of your workout, then your post workout as suggested
As Haider has said, ultimately you have the option to try each and every way. Do which fits best for you mate

Hi Gerry,
I wouldn’t try to preempt anything just yet, but rather see how you adapt and make a judgement as you need to.
What split are you running and what does it look like compared to your pre-injury period?
