Do 350/150 and then use that number to divide that from your cooked number so 350/150 is 2.33 then divide the cooked number by that so if it’s 500g cooked 500/2.33 so you would have 214 cooked rice

The only reason I could see it working with some of there less bodybuilding type clients would be cause the off plan and cheat meals would put them in a slight surplus for the week vs them eating in a surplus then having extra added cheat cals on top leading to excessive fat gain

Personally believe gh is the better investment

Your still relatively lean, I personally this year cut down to as lean as I could get to give myself a huge runway to bulk and have put on 20kg since then in about 14 weeks the body seems to be really responsive once you get very lean, you will probably look very small if you cut down but in the long term I would say it would be the best way to add size
Really? Maybe i forgot to mention that these pictures were made under good lighting and with kind of a PWO pump. I honestly woulve estimated myself at around 20% bf, or am i being too strict here?[/quote]
I think if you cut down to single digit bf% you will put yourself in an incredible position to add size over the next year -

if your taking – 25mg test, 60mg nandralone and 30mg mast daily now.
you want to increase the load by say 150mg total per week. Then you work out how to increase your dose to do that for each compound. Or the simplest way to stay as close as you can
Only way I see is to di uneven injections?

Why can’t you do let’s say 0.14 test per day why do you have to jump to .2 -
morning,
touched down in australia. went asleep at 10 and woke up at 4am lol
just hit 5am now, 84.0kg this weigh in as expected due to me being 7 or 8h ahead and woke earlier, water retention etc so im not phased.
I think coach says i have a rest day today so ill wait for what he has to say.
Im wrecked lol but cant sleep , jetlag never fun here.
Was happy i got to eat all my prep meals despite appetite was gon to the dogs at that 2nd flight.
The most important thing about this whole transition is that i am not stressed
You moving to Australia long term and where abouts?

It would be easier to determine what you should do next if you sent in a couple of photos, however, 20kg in 14 weeks is a lot, there will undoubtedly be fat gain there, I’d scale things back and clean up the physique

I don’t think all that little stuff is going to make a huge difference, stick to what you enjoy and will allow you to give 100%, then nail the basics food and sleep

How is it your first cycle if you’ve been on gear before?

I cut from 90 to 70 stage lean now back up to 90 in way better condition and it’s only been 15 weeks, the rate you can progress if you get proper lean is mind blowing
