When using Lantus, it’s important to make sure your nutritional intake is consistent. Insulin doses should be adjusted to fit your actual eating habits and daily needs, rather than adding insulin without the need .
Make a habit of checking your blood glucose at different times throughout the day. If your readings are staying within your target range with your current meals, there may be no need to add or increase insulin. if your blood glucose begins rising above your recommended range, that’s when insulin adjustments might be needed.
Thanks I thought so, atm I only use 10ius on my 5 training days which I eat 750-800 carbs and then I take non on my rest days

Personally have enjoyed slu and mots c

Ok if its about what you feel best on then what I have found I feel best on is taking my gh vial usually 24 iu or 36 iu vials taking out half of it they are usually overfilled so anywhere from 12-20 iu then I just pin like a small amount when i feel like it so like prolly 2-4 iu shots until half vial is gone which I loaded in to syringe then I like to run a basal insulin on top of that Max dose i can use without fbg going below 4.3 and I like Fiasp pre/post workout i also train 2x a day on training days i find it allows me to recover better and make better gains so ima just stick with that I have tried checking blood glucose after meals usually i have 4 solid meals a day they are all currently 200 carbs and my blood glucose even when multi dosing gh stays around 5-5.3 mmol/l and sometimes lower i had some increlex not Long ago i would prefer instead of fiasp gh peri workout but I May give igf-1 lr3 a try
Im confused so you take between 12-20ius hgh a day spaced out randomly during the day and you also use a random amount of long acting insulin daily?

Think all at night would be better for overall igf1 and control of bg and water retention
-
Cant add much more at all to what J has put in already.
I agree on all points and would Defo have lantus in there with meal 1 at 10iu with some scope to increase this if needed IME also as the growth phase continues
Thanks hilly, been watching heaps of you lately on the engineered boys podcast and j pirch, your knowledge is fucken insane

You NEED Lantus for GH pulses to be effectively converted into igf
Workout perimeter insulin is dose is dependant on blood glucose , use what you need to have BG steady at around 5.5-6 nmol/L mid session . I currently need none at the perimeter as my BG isn’t high at any point
Ok this makes a lot of sense, thanks heaps for your help

Once a day Lantus is great
How would I adjust my pre and post workout insulin, or should I just use pre and post fast acting and no lantus or no pre and post and lantus or still use pre and post but lower it a decent bit, because I have very high carb meals pre and post workout and if I was to lower my pre and post how much would I lower the insulin by do you think

Lantus will mean your GH pulse is better utilised so at 18 iu , yes
Splitting means more anabolism , but also more risk if insulin resistance, however with reta and mito stack , and then Lantus , you will be fine to split it .
And no to the water , only way would be lower test to cover baseline igf needs ( 700 ) , bridge the gap with nandrolone ( 550) , keep the eq at 750 for e2 control . This will see e2 lower and again is a more anabolic cycle , nandrolone aromatises much less than testosterone, so you will defo see a gd drop in water doing that
Do you think 10ius lantus in the morning would be good even if I take my hgh pre bed at night or should I split 5 morning 5 night

Sweet as, thanks for the advice I might add in lantus to help with the gh pulse and nutrients, I do love the feel of high test so I’ll just deal with the water retention

Yes , a lot of us do / have .
Everything the lesser dose does , but more . That obv comes with the sides too , more water retention , more glucose inhibition and decline in insulin sensitivity
Running 18ius pre bed im, and 1250 test with 750 eq and feel amazing just holding a lot of water, also wondering if you think 18ius im at once is good or should i go 9 im and 9 sub q and if you think lantus would be a good addition
-
Is there a way to mitigate the water retention and do you think lantus is needed at 18ius I am currently running Reta and the mitochondria stack with fasted cardio to help control bg
-
I have 800 carbs per day, 250-300 protein and 30-50 fat
-
I enjoyed eq increased my appetite, felt full all cycle, strength increased just gotta be careful of crashing e2 was on 3/2 test to eq and my e2 was quite low for alittle
-
You would use lantus to lower bg, if someone is not on high doses of hgh and they have bad bg they have an issue with diet or bf or both
-
Add carbs your sitting at the 1.5x bw in pounds for protein which is the sweet spot imo you wanna add carbs to fuel training throughout this bulking phase
