I’m not sure i understand what you mean , are you referring to drawing up gear or backloading insulin syringes ?
How you prepare a syringe doesn’t matter
Yeah probably just my English thats fucking up. But yes, why is it more popular to backload an insulin syringe as preparation for next shot say tomorrow instead of drawing up a syringe as prep?

Probably just cause it’s easy to prep heaps at once and backloading it you don’t blunt the needle -
If you can digest it and growing fine don’t change a thing
Where this would have an issue is potentially bloat and food sitting heavy then you could swap some pro for carb & even fat
That’s where I see most grow when they come to me with very high pro intake, it almost always leads to just bloat in bigger guys
When you are smaller , doesn’t really matter and not as common
Ok sweet yeah i seem to respond well too it and i digest and love all those meals soo ill stick to it, and future cal increases will just come from carbs where do you suggest i add my carb increases when i need them?

Offseason cardio is always best Short and intense, ideally away from training my man 🙂
I train 6x/week push pull legs. I do 20mins on the elliptical at the end of each session cause it fits my schedule. Do you think this will cause issues with growth during a gaining phase? The cardio is steady state.
1mg mots c 1-2x a day
Slu pp332
Reta 0.25 2x a week if you can handle the slower digestion in the bulking phase
For general health I think basic supplements like fish oil, d3 k2, multivitamins, magnesium and creatine -
High dose ala, taurine and high potassium diet all help

Thanks guys gives me some good reassurance I’m on the right track, it just gets me sometimes when I’m eating double what my mates are and I’m still starving and leaner then them, but I’m holding great body composition and 15kg up during my rebound so I’ll keep control of my cravings and stick to my meals and hopefully stay hungry
-
Same here brother, Since i bump my protein I feel i have better recovery, body composition and I am not that hungry tho, For some people lower protein diet works better for some higher, You just need to figure out, JP always was on high protein diet so that should you tell something 😉
Yeah bro, honestly believe it’s the way everyone in the 90s start of 2000s did it and they looked crazy, I find the strength and muscle gains on 4x bw protein is insane. I don’t seem to find the higher protein affect my appetite but not much does I am constantly hungry

How do you find the Reta on the bulk I feel soo bloated on it

Levemir I find better for sides related to water retention.
It binds differently to Lantus and has less spikes. So more stable. Also less sodium retention for this reason.
It’s closer like our own insulin secretion than Lantus. Have a read up on it it’s harder to get hold of. But I favour it
Is there any real way to minimise the water retention on lantus I use 10ius pre meal 1 5x a week on training days and I am so watery in the cheeks and midsection, will it reduce the longer I run or is it just something I have to deal with
Electorate balance, I have guys step on stage dry and peeled using it
It doesn’t hold water imo to this degree
It’s always down to electorate balance
Also just seems to be my midsection and cheeks legs are arms stay dry as -
