Stuff like love heart and vital support and insure are just rammed with active ingredient , other companies defo aren’t dosing like we are or using raws like we are ? . We have some more capsule stuff dropping soon , a flaxseed omega and a pharmaceutical grade k2/d3 mix , as all the k2 / d3 out there is mostly utter garbage

High incline will hit both upper chest and front delt As most presses when set up correctly will.
Here you want the bench high incline but not too incline to the point where you can’t keep your elbows in line with your rib cage ( all person dependent depending on your mobility )
So how incline you go depends largely on your shoulder mobility from safety aspect and being able to recruit maximum muscle fibres_________________________________________

Anabolics make overall nitrogen requirements lower in a couple of ways. One, makes our body’s more efficient utilizing nitrogen and also improves recycling of aminos, so we essentially lose less as well. So imo naturals need more based on body weight, however, naturals don’t get very heavy compared to enhanced guys so in the end the enhanced guys end up having a higher intake.
Of course this is a science perspective :). Most people go with higher just to be safe. Myself included.

I keep it simple. Fats upper limit 1g/kg, lower limit .5g/kg unless in extreme dieting circumstances. I’m always closer to the lower as I favor carbohydrates

Best for me is to split Gh at least in two: morning and evening.
If you are using 6ui (or more) you can do morning,post training and evening.
