    Appetite hasn’t been overly great today but think this is mainly down to lack of sleep and being tired

    Do you have any baseline Lantus in at the moment, or not used during the rebound?

    So my meals for the day are as follows

    Meal 1

    2 bagels

    200g chicken breast

    85g cream of rice 10g dark choc

    100g banana 100g raspberries

    Meal 2

    200g chicken breast

    100g Jasmine rice

    100g brocolli 100g beetroot

    100g Pineapple

    Meal 3

    130g cream of rice

    100g banana 100g raspberries

    40g whey

    2 squares cereal bars

    Meal 4

    240g salmon Fillet

    100g jasmine rice

    100g pineapple

    100g brocolli

    50g kimchi

    100g beetroot salad

    Meal 5

    85g cream of rice

    25g dark choc

    40g whey

    100g banana

    1 squares bar

    Thank you sir! I’m curious, is your protein this “low” all year round, or is this specific to a phase your in currently?

    Generally speaking guy your size has a higher intake so very curious if this is year round/something you’ve done in previous years?

    Another busy day ticked off today

    School run before client work and the it was leg day

    No changes this week to my plan as weight is climbing nicely and strength is coming back post comp

    Leg day 2 for me today

    Leg ext x 2 8-12 reps

    Plate loaded kneeling leg curl x 2 8-12

    Reps

    Safety bar squats 2 sets 5-10 reps

    Good mornings 2 sets 5-10 reps

    Only reason good mornings this week is that the gym I’m at is getting new hyper machine tomorrow so didn’t come in time for my leg day 🥲

    Tomorrow rest day for me and can sense a good few naps will be needed

    Curious if you could lay out your meals? I see the macros above but always curious to see how everyone splits there’s up or includes different options. I know Joe has heavy focus on fruits/veg inclusion.

    Push day – weight holding but no bowel movement so probably a few lbs of poop sitting in there, sleep is taking a hit so soon be time to enhance it a little for this last bit of prep I’ve been holding off but now glutes are coming through this is where sleep drops off a touch.

    Push day today, usual business feeling pretty good and very ready to get stuck into this week of work, my goal is to see glutes come through a lot more over next 2 weeks then re set a little and push for another 2 then be ready for peak.

    On track for this plan to materialise!

    Hey Kuba, what are you referring to as a “tool” to enhance sleep at this moment?

    5th place for me yesterday in the supers

    Long day not being on stage until around 6:30pm so a lot of waiting around

    Upon wake of show day added half an aldactazide and kept water reduced to half normal consumption

    Loaded 800g carbs prior to stage across the day with 12g salt

    Liked the look but need to improve so time to head into offseason

    New training plan in place and will stay on cycle while coming out of this diet phase

    Look was full and hard mate, excited to follow all the details as you move toward the off season!

    Last day of the fat load today

    Reduced fats down to 140g today to bring me down more ready for the carb load tomorrow

    Was a rest day from the gym so getting all good prepped and case packed ready to fly to Portugal tomorrow

    Carbs will go in tomorrow at 1350g

    Only change to PEDs will be adding in some aldactone 25mg am and pm along with 5iu nova rapid with meals 1,2,3 and 4

    Time to fill the tank, let’s go!

    Busy day yesterday

    Contacted doctors as have been getting sensitive skin which feels like sunburnt but their answer was it will go on its own luckily today it has started to subside as was getting pretty painful

    Check in yesterday saw a few changes to macros

    Reduction of 175g carbs and 10g fat so we are ready to load into peak week which will start Sunday

    Steps still at 8k

    Later leg session yesterday also as had tattoo done for most day but eveythjng still ticked off , steps food training ect

    Cycle remains the same will add in some halo tomorrow at 40mg

    Glad to hear that’s subsiding. Not something you want to deal with at the this moment. Not sure if you’re open to sharing what the cycle is at this time? I know some athletes don’t, so feel free to just ignore this if that’s the case. Your photos are looking wild man.

    That estro reading is a false high from the tren also

    He’s telling you that your estrogen level is being falsely elevated by the tren. You’ll need to get bloods done again without the tren for a true estrogen reading.

    I saw the last cycle update was 300 test 1000mast I think. You mention some lypolotics, what’s that looking like?

    Hey Nathan I watched your latest you tube outlining your cycle. Genuine question as to how you manage your pinning with the high ml due to primo and carnitine.

    Would you mind sharing your rotation strategy?

    Rest day – decent night of sleep so I am feeling good this morning, wake straight into office and get stuck into check ins – steps – posing – 90 minutes deep tissue and sauna.

    Very productive days to be fair so very happy.

    Weight holding – cycle has been titrating up over last 4 weeks started at 1200/1600/2100 now and that’s more likely all I will need with shifts up and down with test as I go along and maybe some orals towards end if I really need them.

    Right now my lifts are flying and I am changing a lot so happy days.

    Are you still using test and a mix of primo/mast at this point in the prep during this initial escalation?

    Rest day, nothing to report I start prep hard out of the gate so I can get very much in front this year

    Around 900 calories dropped across both days which will see a very decent rate of loss initially – cycle is going back in since Saturday too

    1600 mg total test primo mast – I was doing trt initially and then 400 mg total of test and mast so intially going to 1600 from 400 and given where I am strength wise I will get a lot from

    This.

    T3 25

    T4 100

    Will document everything as I go along with full transparency.

    Il update diet tomorrow

    Steps 8000/10000 daily – cardio has now been removed, I only do cardio going up not down

    Really excited to follow along this prep. Been following for probably over 5 years on here at this point. This one will be good 🔥

    I take 6 caps vital am and that’s perfect , alongside 2 cals cure coming , and then I take another 2 caps cure coming in the evening . I don’t take telmisartan atm , I just don’t seem to need it , heart care and love heart do everything I need 🙂

    Sorry if I missed something but You only take 6 caps of the vital in total in the morning? Or you take again pm? Appreciate your time

    Saturday – woke still feeling crappy but a tad better – have rested all day and focused on getting meals in.

    Taking Arilena to halloween party tonight so needed to make sure I felt good for this.

    Little more food on training days.

    High days as is – lantus up to 40iu

    2iu humalog in pre gym on normal training days.

    Cycle now

    900mg test

    400mg EQ

    400mg mast

    Aromasin – once per week

    GH – 4iu pre training only –

    Hey Hilly, what’s the conversation happening around these multiple cycle fluctuations in the last few weeks?

    Higher total mg, then dropped then back up.

    Also more test now, is this from feedback your giving from feeling/estrogen? Just curious if there is rationale/discussion here or AJ is just changing things and you’re along for the ride.

    2000 ng/dl = to 69.4 nmol

    This is something I’d expect from running 350 mg test personally, your test is under dosed so it makes sense why your estro would be lower as you aren’t actually running 500 imo

    Explains why your estro is on the lower end.

    Hey Kuba, as in noted above this is my level where 500mg puts me. I do bloods multiple times a year, including with pharmacy test. My levels are on the “lower side” from many others.

    200mg puts me around 800, which some people that has 10-1200
