    Rest day today after a super late night watching the insane boxing. It was defo needed. 2 lads competing this weekend and 2 good results. Happy with the improvements they made from their last shows.

    I worked all morning. Did cardio went to look at a new car then got steps done and chilled. Onto push day tomorrow!

    Yeah if discipline is in place and creeping calories up won’t cause her to binge then definitely the way forward it to slowly build cals up before coming back down

    Pull session today. Decent one. Actually trained 0 carb today as I wanted some bread later lol. So ye of course I could have just had other carbs. But I didn’t want to change any foods. That’s how I get on prep. So yeah anyway. Was actually absolutely fine ! Didn’t feel like anything was any different at all. lol who needs carbs !

    Rest day today which felt like I was just walking to get steps and working. I hate steps when you have to think about getting them. They just feel like they take forever it kills me. lol. But I’ve always hated them so I guess some things never change.

    Doms not too bad today. Tomorrow I’m sure they’re gonna be worse but it’s push day so there’s something there to look forward to at least.

    Bad day energy wise yesterday. Felt absolutely smashed. Morning to night. Pull session was a proper slow starter. Had to really push to get in the zone. Then I had to really drag myself through it too so wasn’t happy with that and I have no idea why I was like that. Then this morning I had a hypo after I did cardio and that just ruined me for the drive to do legs at dungeon. However it went well in the end and had a really good session which I think the kit really helps with.

    Long day with some issues concerning travel and gyms. Cal not having appropriate footwear for oxygen so we went to dungeon and it’s just alot of driving from mine to o2 to dungeon and picking everyone up in between too was long af. That being said was a decent session

    Rest day today started well with breakfast out with cal and dom. my fav place where I can tailor my food exact to my plan. So I love it. Then home for work and cardio then off to look at some cars as we’re fed up with this shit rental now.

    Calories dropped as my body is just not changing so 600kcal off a training day now so should get things going. Need a minimum of a kg a week from here no messing. Might push on clen too. Will grab some peptides also to help

    I’ve never tried and honestly been against things without extensive use but the man who is advising me I trust alot he is very very knowledgeable. Ipmaerolin, fragment, mod grf blend
