What peptides do you currently use mate?
How are you finding them / dosage etc?
Currently using mots c and Slu. Stopped Reta while fasting to avoid gastric emptying slowing as I’m struggling with that as it is during this period. Started Klow blend today all from Proforma.
Mots c I love tbh. I enjoy it pre workout and have felt great on it energy wise.
Slu I’m on 500mcg pre training and tbh don’t feel a thing from it but it could be assisting in energy along side mots c. Might push that as I get into prep for fat loss benefits.
Reta for me doesn’t kill appetite at all and I’ve played with dosages too so I know I can handle that fine. Used it in prep and off season. Didn’t think it speeded up fat loss much I still had to go super hard to get peeled. Off season I am not sold on it for keeping me sensitive. I am super diligent with diet and don’t hardly eat off plan so I know that’s the biggest factor keeping me in shape but I’ve still gained bf regardless. I’m Not super lean.
Klow it’s too early to say.

Solid leg session today. Best in a while. Beat my numbers by a good few reps on the hack squat and really had v good effective reps on every other movement. Musclehut is the one. Simple really. Enjoyed it and you know I don’t enjoy training legs lol. Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow though as I am a bit battered. Enjoying Ramadan but getting really gassy with my meals being closer together at night. Feel sorry for kelly to be honest lol. Another 3 weeks to go 🥴. .

Much better day today from start to finish. Better energy all day. Got everything done without too much effort. Haircut too. Cardio. Iftar then went to muscle hut to train pull and I’m really happy I did because it hit different. You cannot beat a bodybuilding gym and when you’ve not been in one for a week or so you really notice the difference. Pump was instant. Good pwo shots too and traffic was non existent for a change. Legs tomorrow with a client so I aim to repeat today tomorrow and have a good session .

Horrible day today guys. Had 3 nearly hypos during my fast but didn’t break then went to train push and I felt so shit. Super weak. I had nothing in me. Was way off my lifts and just wanted to get the fuck out of the gym as quick as I could. Did my session as I normally would, trained to failure but was just weak. And I hated it. So I’m hoping for a much better pull session tomorrow 🙏🏽. We will see.

Rest day today and it was nice. During Ramadan I really enjoy the rest day. There’s something about it. Feels right to rest and chill and just be present with family. Plus arsenal smashed Tottenham at their ground so another big positive from the day was that. Busy day tomorrow but it’s going to be a good one. Meeting out at 11.30, work, Iftar, gym. Let’s go

Easiest day of fasting today but I’m so annoyed I couldn’t hinge. Was warming up fine did one rep on 180 as my last warm up and something just popped in my lower back and I had to stop. Was dodgy all session then and I had to be super careful on everything. Kind of ruined my session tbh and making me feel like I just can’t do them anymore. Ever since last year when it went in Feb it’s not been the same. Absolutely gutted.

I like a reverse grip curl for them personally but like Sara says the secondary work really is enough for me and have got them to a point where they’re in line with my upper arm
