Pull today wasn’t great tbh. Left it late between eating and training. Had to train locally so didn’t have that external motivation and energy you get at a bodybuilder gym. But nonetheless got it done and on reflection it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Just changed few things to suit.

Good rest day yesterday. Enjoyed it. Busy day but I do like my rest days now. Training hard and needing those rest days is definitely a good feeling. Great push session today hit some good numbers too.
Very happy to have Gh and mots c back in too. Definitely feeling and seeing the benefits too. Tighter, fuller and heavier. So long may it continue .

I don’t think it’s good for anything tbh. You may have a good session fasted but long term for progress and digestion. Not to mention eating alot in two sittings doesn’t do anything positive for body composition regardless if Cals are the same it’s not the same. You don’t look or feel the same.

Solid day today with Dudley. Day started as usual with work, steps and cardio then picked Dudley up and went to the gym trained pull was a strong session. Got some content and then back to mine for some food and more content with some ideas and some really cool stuff to work on next time we’re together. Learned a good few things about edits and how to improve the aesthetic of my content so I’m excited to start implementing it now. Rest day tomorrow full of work shit so a lot to get on with. Let’s go !!

Rest day yesterday was busy with work just toast. Fell asleep on the sofa after a long day of appointments and check ins , calls. Today hit pull and it was a good one tbf. Stepped up the session and took some nice progressions in training. Just also started Gh and my foods been bumped up slightly today also after holding the 98s the past 2 weeks into my 3rd this week. So see if these additions move things forward again. Excited to see and hopefully see no negatives with the Gh like I used to with the hypos. We will see !

Good day today. Up early for an hour walk to get a chunk of steps done. Worked a little then down for the hotel breakfast for my usual egg whites, whole egg and toast. Decent to get it just how I like. Then shower and down to the pool for a few hours with the kids. Played and enjoyed with them. Then we went home I hit the gym. Smashed a pull session and then cardio post workout. Back home food and chill. Little more work and bed. Busy rest day tomorrow with check ins, calls and haircut but definitely do need a rest day im bartered. Kids back to school tomorrow too so it’s early start for the fam.

Trained early today and tbh felt super tired so didn’t have the best session. I also trained in binous so kit was different and that obviously didn’t help either. Then home eat and took the family to a hotel to have some chill time. Had a v sensible off plan meal and just going to sleep now. Pull tomorrow to end the training for the week and a rest day Monday. Looking forward to having some time with the kids tomorrow just need to get up get some movement and work done first then will chill until gym. But I do feel v tired so will just assess everything tomorrow morning before I make this concrete
