    Hey guys !! Leg day ! And another drop in body weight and a little more shape coming through… today’s weight was 97kg bang on. The water is moving off ! Not the best leg session today. Tried the linear hack went too heavy and got pinned. That pissed me off on my 3td rep. My limb length is so long that going ass to grass on that machine gives me absolutely nothing in the hole. It’s a really compromised position for me.

    Lying ham curl 1×8 1x 15

    Linear hack 1×3 1×10

    Nautilus leg press 1×7 1×15

    Tru squat 2×10

    Machine rdl 2×10

    Leg extension 3×15 last set triple drop

    Toe press 3×15

    I have this same issue. Went to see physical therapist and after several sessions he told me to just maybe not squat anymore. Did all the suggested exercises. I try squatting from time to time with very minimal loading. I’m talking 45 or 95 lbs being very mindful. I feel the legs being worked but still feel that pain. That being said, I can still do weighted lunges, heavy(for me), leg press and deadlift and it’s variations without ANY pain! Is it all that bad if I can’t squat ever again? Assuming I can still load the legs to the max and get access to an adductor machine then I should be fine right? In terms of development. Just really wanna squat because I fEeL that it’s hugely effective lol. I do legs 3x weekly with a full body split similar to JPs suggestion on Instagram. Thanks!

    Is it free weight squat or any machine squat variation also ?

    A wide grip upright row is pretty much the only one. I think a behind neck press if done safely can hit them too.

    Find what gives you the best connection in your chest, progress numbers and get super strong on these movements.

    Train it more frequently – 2x a week is a good start point. Adequate rest, nutrition and it will come up!

    Work in your active range of motion. Parallel or just below is low enough if you feel it where you are meant to as Corinne said.

    It can happen for sure. A one off drop I wouldn’t be worried about. If it continues to be big drops every week I would look at changing something.

    Hey guys. Rest day today. And finally seeing something and feeling a little leaner. I think this week will be a very good one in terms of dropping body fat! Can definitely feel the 10 min extra cardio. Kicked my ass on the stair master. To be honest not by choice. I am very fit so getting hr high enough to burn fat is very hard. So that’s the only thing that I don’t have to power myself. So until clen is in and my hr is elevated by that I will dabble on the stairs. Leg day tomorrow and it’s a lonely one. Rhys is obviously competing Saturday so he’s done for leg days now I am quite looking forward to it just hoping my knee doesn’t ruin my session. Today I weighed in at 97.6kg and I’ll add pics below

    Start by keeping the chest full and bracing your core. Start pushing hips back with a slight bend in the knee and lowering keeping back straight at all times, lower until you feel the greatest amount of tension and before your back rounds then pull up maintaining the same form driving hips and glutes in hard.
