    Just rest bud. 1-2 days rest is a small sacrifice compared to a week plus if you try abs soldier through and make yourself worse

    Oscars covered most things here. Sodium will help, Pre and in your intra drink! Try that and see how you get on. Not the nicest drinking salt but it should help u pump up

    Hey guys!!! Big changes today… food drops, increased cardio and little bit of an overhaul with gear!! I’ll post all below …

    150g beef, 12 whites

    100g cor, 100g berries, 40g whey

    Intra 1 scoop sustain 3 mps max
    Pwo 40g whey 7g creatine

    Pwo 100g Rice, 200g chicken, 1 bagel, 100g cereal

    80g oats, 50g whey, 100g berries

    200g sweet potato, 250g beef

    300g yogurt 20g whey, 100g blue berries

    NTD
    165g beef, 12 whites

    200g salmon , 3 egg whites

    200g chicken 30g nut butter

    200g beef,

    200g chicken, 40g rice

    40g whey, 80g oats, 100g banana

    35 cardio and rest legs

    150 test cyp, 100 proviron , 350 tren , 600 mast, 100 anavar 1 aromasin

    Quite a few food changes, and 10 min cardio. Dropped prop dropped npp and added in tren ace at 350mg. Jordan just thinks I hold way too much water on that stack and I agree. I feel like I look shit tbh. And I’ve not changed in nearly 3 weeks. I’m 9 weeks out today and have a lot of work to do. So I’m happy for these changes and want to see a change in this next week! Sad to think I could be further along but these things happen.

    Pull today was really good. Felt strong even tho I’m really tired today as I didn’t sleep well. I did the extra cardio jordan added post workout too.

    I have 1 a day and always have. Prep or off season. Keeping anything constant from the beginning is counted in your calorie intake so just don’t add anything when your starting to crave

    Hey guys. Good push session in the books today!! Really glad with how it went. Strength is still very good. The anavar will also help with that too I am excited to see how this prep pans out as no 2 preps are ever the same. My weight is up 98.6kg today. Another head fuck. But I’m calm because jordan is happy and I’m tighter than I was yesterday I’ll put a pic on yesterday to today so you can see the difference.

    Straight arm pull downs I always use instead of the pull over machine. Never go too heavy it’s more of a stretch and squeeze exercise for me.

    Is it open surgery ?

    Yeah I used peptides and gh to speed up my recovery.

    I’m not sure it can be prevented. I have an umbilical hernia now too which is super frustrating so I know how you feel.

    My mother had a hernia so it could be hereditary. Is there any history of them in your family ?

    Hey guys… check in today… weight up lol 98.2kg but… I do feel a little tighter. Jordan thinks too so that’s good. Today was rest day and I am sore. Got crazy leg doms … cardio tomorrow will be fun haha. Still loving every training day and hating rest days even when I need them ! Can’t wait for push tomorrow. Everyday I am consistently smashing and will continue to do so all prep. I love this. I love prep. Watching the change. Feeling the challenge. Each week getting harder I thrive off it.
