I don’t know Broderick but testosterone only cycle for a first cycle is perfect. So safe. Think health first. A rise in test can bring about a lot of muscle if everything is structured properly rest, food etc.

As the guys have said makes your eating window smaller when in a deficit and can be really beneficial for digestion. If u feel good doing it go for it.

Hey guys. A little bit more positive today with body weight. Bang on 98kg. I’m hoping to be dropping daily now. That’s the plan anyway. Haha. We’ll see. Today’s leg session was awesome. Banded leg press and beat my best by an extra 2 plates which was awesome. Quads were pumped to death. Loved it. Still getting patella tendon pain every session. Had some work on it yesterday but doesn’t seem to have helped so hopefully get some more and get to the bottom of it.

The personal trainers here and their testimonials look very impressive. However I also wonder if online coaching would work for me. I have never had an online trainer before. As the trainer is not present physically, how do I make progress if I not able to train with intensity and proper form? how does it work in case if I am not able to progress? can someone please help me here?
The coach will ensure you progress by changing the food plan. Implanting cardio. Adding food when necessary obviously everything is goal dependant.

Intensity cannot be taught. You have to have this yourself. Find it within. Online coaching imo – the client needs to be fairly self reliant – able to train hard, understand most exercises and training systems and adhere and stick to a meal plan.

When it comes to pushing calories and carbs are already very high fats are a way to go for sure. My off season before this we added cheese, butter to toast and then the usual fats that the guys have recommended too. Calories have to go up. If fats are there with spectrum to be raised then get them up bud.
