Hey guys. So another head fuck. Today I weighed 98.6 kg and look huge. Lol. So jordan’s halved all my test as I simply aromatise too much. So cyp is down to 150 and so is prop. We’ve now brought in 100mg anavar too. This is the highest anavar dose I’ve been on. So this will see me harden up for sure and keep strength. I’ll add pics of how I look today. I’m finally excited to see a change now. As 2 weeks without a visual change is starting to get to me. I’m also 9.5 weeks out so I want to see the fruits of my labour. I am 100% with everything as you can imagine so it’s a little frustrating when I’m getting bigger and heavier lol. Leg day tomorrow and I can’t wait. Still hate my rest days lol.

Not much you can do with ribs apart from rest bud and everything that you are doing. Like the guys have said though. If you are on pharmaceutical anti inflammatory I would add the natural ones Clare has suggested too

I think tren can aid in fat loss but essentially you’d still need to be in a deficit. It’s not magic.

Evening guys…. just woke up from the sofa… haha that tells you about how my session went and how I’ve been feeling recently ….. smashing sessions so hard. Max intensity. Getting stronger and then going home and falling asleep on the sofa ! lol. Spoke to jordan as I was a bit concerned he explained it’s the gear making me lethargic etc. So hopefully will adjust soon. We hit pull at ultraflex today. It’s been a while and it’s got the best machines so thought why not – the heat tho!!! I sweat buckets it’s crazy!! Rest day tomorrow so not too fussed but i hope it cools down for legs weds! ????????????????

In the uk myprotein isn’t known for its quality I wouldn’t bother if you can afford higher quality then go for it.

Ryan has pretty much nailed everything.
The only thing I think you might want to pay attention to is your hips, even a slight anterior tilt will give the impression you are distended when it’s just the hip tilt causing it. That’s an issue I have so maybe just check that.

I have a couple of questions to you if you don’t mind.
– You’ve probably answered to this million times already but as I am fairly new here I’d like to know what got you in the bodybuilding initially and what got you to take it a step further and decide to start competing.– Have you always been an active person and did you do any sports before bodybuilding?

I got into training as I just wanted to look better. A friend already trained and he introduced me to the weight room. I started to get into it and paying some attention to what I eat and did cardio.. then I was approached by guys in the gym saying I should compete as I had good shape etc. That’s what led me to contacting Jordan
I have always been an active person playing sports. I played football until I was around 18 competitively and nearly every day. I also fought… i did taekwondo, some boxing and mma

Evening guys!!! Push today…. my predominantly free weight session… progress again!! Got another rep on my main compound the decline press and extra weight on the incline db. Very happy !! Great pump too! Weight was up again today !! Head fuck to the max!! 98.1kg! But jordan is happy and likes the roundness I have and is excited for me to come down holding it. So if he’s happy I’m happy! I’ll attach today’s check in photos below.
