Certain gyms have better kit than others. Also keeps training fresh and enjoyable to use different kit. Although chopping and changing isn’t so good for the log book.

I think a test only course for your first course is absolutely fine. It’s what I did myself and got some really good gains from it. 250 a week like Ryan said and get bloods done after 6 weeks. I’d take 20mcg tamoxifen along side it. Assess how you feel get bloods done and then go from there

Sounds fine to me. It’s the quality of sleep that matters. Not the duration. Are you achieving deep sleep ? Rem?

If you do have a high dah of food then just be sensible the day after. As you say you will be training so hit some fasted workouts after a high day of food and stay active as much as possible. You’ll be fine.

Hey guys!!! Leg day done!!! Good session, although it was a little mish mash due to the terrible watson pendulum squat. What a horrible machine. About ripped my knee caps off and is heavy as fuck lol. Did a set of ten and sacked it off.

@haider-mehdi @wotti hi lads no I’m going for actual deca I don’t want the frequent pinning if I can help it, my past aas use hasn’t been really heavy, I’ve just finished a test only cycle, but I have in the past stacked different compounds, I wanted to strip back and get the most out of least this time, wotti I disagree, but this is personal preference, test gives the most sides for me that I don’t like even when I go over 400mg, I loose appetite my oestrogen raises, I just have a hard time with it I feel good for a week then off, I’d rather run it low dose to minimise the use of ai and try something like deca in a higher amount and see how it fairs up ????????
I get that bud for sure. I did 400 test 700 npp this year at the beginning of my off season.

I personally wouldn’t do anything. It’s highly unlike you’ll lose muscle. Just make sure you do eat! Take whey and oats and just nail shakes every few hours if the food available is no good. Never an excuse bud.

I think you have to just dig in and take the plunge again. This time take extra care when standing and taking foot placement. Also make sure footwear is grippy. Don’t worry too much and scare yourself out of the exercise. If your careful it won’t happen again. You’ll make sure of it !!!

I wouldn’t deload now id use this time as a sign I need to address sleep, massage, stretching and foam rolling. Epsom baths etc. Optimise these and keep progressing your lifts.

As everyone else has said it’s not essential but it’s definitely beneficial and imo necessary if you want to grow and put recovery as a priority
